Great spacious family rooms (which is quite hard to find sometimes) - centrally located so easy to explore champagne houses and find a dinner venue. secure underground car parking (locked at night - unless you have a ticket) on the opposite site of the square so very easy to unload. This car park is called freshmille I think and it’s 9.80 euro for 24 hours if you pay upon arrival. It also has electric charging points which were easy to use. Hotel may want to promote this more as it makes staying centrally with a car easy. We stayed here for one night on route to south of France and again on our return back to the UK.

Breakfast items did run out.

The location is great, the bed are comfy, the rooms and quite small, but cute and clean. The staff was nice and helpful

Maybe some vegetables for breakfast would have been good. The wc is too high, not comfortable at all. For a longer stay this can be a reason not to chose the hotel again...

A great base for exploring Epernay and the surrounding villages. It's very central and there is a nearby paid underground parking (Parking Centre Ville) which charges €15 for 24hrs. Breakfast is very good and the addition of air conditioning is very welcome.

Very pleasant and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. The bar was lovely and cool on the hot day we were there. There was plenty of off road carparking

Breakfast was very diverse, tasty and for me being a vegan, very nutritious. Nut mix for cereal was awesome, even had goji berries in it :)) Your secure bicycle locker room is the best we've had as members of Ibis.

24/7 Food that was provided on site was very salty...We tried the Tajine. Toilets in room are too close to the wall so you have to sit skew on it...

Its location was fantastic. Our adult kids hung out at a local bar and made friends. Air conditioning worked well and we also liked the bar. Parking was so close a garage was right across the courtyard

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times.The hotel is in the centre of Epernay , the municipal underground car parking is ample and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and speak English. Breakfast was ample and good. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean.

The price is exceptional for a great location, decent rooms and good service. Bonus points that it is very dog-friendly.

Rooms are small, but wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast was overpriced for what you get, so next time I would go to a local bakery.

Friendly staff and bar and system of coin in exchange for green clean innovative and appreciated.

Lack of coffee/ tea facilities

Excellent location. It was convenient to the places we wanted to be. Walkable, clean, safe. The front desk staff, Bea specifically, was incredibly lovely. My French is A2 and she let me go on fumbling and being understanding until we both realized we could talk to each other in English. She was so helpful - beyond helpful - when it came to recommendations, helping us grab a bottle of champagne at the hotel bar, and even a future trip to Portugal!
