Stayed in April 24 for 5 nights. Great apartment with plenty of space, comfy bed. The location is 5 mins walk to the centre of Epernay and 5 mins walk to the start of the Avenue de Champagne. Room is on second floor and all the Velux windows have external blinds that block out all the light for sleeping.There is some on street car parking outside but not always available, but 5 mins away is a brand new underground car park where you can buy multi day parking with multiple exits and entries for around Euro 12 per day. Pascale gave us some great recommendations for places to go and also to eat, La Table Kobus being the stand out.

Not a problem for us, but as apartment is on 2nd floor, there are a steps to get up and down.

Pascale was a sensational and attentive host. She provided excellent information in advance of our stay and was there to welcome us on arrival. We took over the whole building (all four units). Each unit was beautifully decorated, two rooms on the ground floor, the 2 bed apartment on the first floor and a further room on the 2nd floor, all were well equipped and spotless. Beds were large and comfortable. Decor in each of the units was stunning. All rooms had kitchenettes and the apartment had a cooker etc. We organised a minibus tour to a Champagne house followed by lunch with Pascale and her son. They were very attentive and made sure we really enjoyed our trip. We also organised a private Champagne tasting and talk in the cellar which was excellent. The property is very central, with a quick walk to shops, restaurants and Champagne houses. The street is quiet and we had not problem with noise. There is a new car park 2 minutes walk from the property where you can purchase a ticket which allows you to come and go during your stay we paid 25 euros for 3 day. I would not hesitate to recommend Bubble 8. An absolute gem! Many thanks for making our stay such a pleasure.

a beautiful central place to stay to explore the champagne region. Close to the train station, great restaurants, shops, bakeries and of course the avenue de Champagne. Very comfortable bed, great shower,kitchen with all we needed to cook meals and access to the washing machine was a great help. Communication with the owners was excellent at every step. Highly recommend, it was lovely.

Pascale, the owner/manager, provided outstanding, personal service. She is delightful. The building and rooms are charming. The location is ideal, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and the Ave. d' Champagne. We were able to park on the street right in front of Bubble 8 for a rate of 25 Euros per week in a large 9-passenger van, with no problems. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 2 day stay at the end of our trip to France. Pascale was a wonderful host - she met us with the keys upon arrival in Epernay. The property was immaculate, appropriately equipped for our needs, and centrally located off of the champagne mile. The air conditioning was a welcome relief in the evenings due to the high temperatures during our stay.

The host Clement was very helpful. We had issues with paying public parking, and he took the time to sort it out for us. He even bought us his favourite bread for us to try. The place was so well designed and beautiful. So comfortable and sparkling clean. The location is perfect. If I am coming back to Epernay, I will definitely stay here again.

Bright, clean and cozy apartment, warm, furnished with good taste, there are large windows, incredibly comfortable beds. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The location is great, two minute walk to stores, restaurants, bakery. The parking is on the street, right next to the apartment, we were away for the day but never had a problem with a place for the car in the evening. I was delighted to meet Pascale, the owner of the apartments. She was extremely nice and helpful.

Comfort of accommodation and great location for the Avenue de Champagne and amenities. 5 mins walk to railway station on the Bubble Line to Reims too

We had the top floor apartment (which was fabulous) but as it is a lovely renovated old building the access is only via 3 flights of stairs, 2 of which are open metal risers, so if you have mobility concerns or small children it could be an issue.

The flats are very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. They contain everything you need and are within easy walk of all the bars and restaurants in town. Clement was the perfect host and his communication was excellent - we will definitely book again if we return to Epernay.

Beautiful building and very tastefully decorated. Opposite side of roundabout to Avenue de Champagne. Although the avenue was under construction we still managed 3 Champagne Houses. Host was very helpful with parking advice etc. Apartment was well appointed. Would recommend.

Some street noise but not at night.
