Laure was very friendly and eager to help. The house has some history and Laure has put her stamp on the conversion into accomodation. If there is anything she has missed I didn't spot it! Breakfast is served in your room so is simple but tasty with local preserves and honey with a touch of Laure's home baking. I had a separate sitting room with access to a walled courtyard for dining or just chilling 'al fresco'.

The conversion has had to cater for private facilities so these are literally en suite but the shower is quite spacious and very good. The house is on a narrow street with limited parking although to be fair I parked only a few doors away and I did notice spaces pop up quite regularly. It gets the sun much of the day so an air con unit plus a fan were provided which were a bit noisy but very welcome.

Exceptionally thoughtful host. Fantastic aperitif (champagne and home made snack) on arrival with helpful explanation. Nice touches in room including slippers, robe, biscuits, tea and coffee etc. Large comfortable room with all amenities you could hope for. Breakfast was exceptional, best we had in 2 weeks in France, much was home made (jam etc), and artisanal products including bread. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The only thing I can mention is that the bedroom was on the ground floor however the road is very quiet and this did not bother us. There is another bedroom on the 1sst floor which you can choose if you prefer.

This was a very nice historical building where Laure (the owner of the place) is managing her B&B. She is absolutely amazing, very creative in many details starting from interiors details, recommendations, notes and finishing with small personal touch for things like breakfast cookies (which she is making herself), customer satisfaction form :) and many more little details. The location of this place could not be better, just next to Avenue de Champagne, just behind Moet & Chandon house. Relatively quite street, however the bedroom windows are facing it, and sometimes some drivers did not really follow speed limits, and during the night it was quite loud. There is a nice patio for breakfast, accessible from small living room space we had. Too shame it was still a bit cold (we were there in the beginning of April), so we had our breakfast in our room. Breakfast itself was very good and more than enough with different options to choose from

We realize that it was rather space limitations, but bathroom and sinks were literally in the bedroom. In terms of privacy even between me and my husband, it was not the nicest experience. But for some people it can be ok. This is the only negative (if I may say so) point of this place. And we assume, in the busy period it can be rather loud on the street with the tourists, as bedroom window is facing it.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming guesthouse and it exceeded all expectations. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to every detail, and the bathroom was simply stunning, offering a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delightful surprise - champagne to toast the beginning of our stay, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. The highlight of our stay, however, was the fantastic home-cooked breakfast prepared by our wonderful host, Laure. We were treated to a feast of local delights, including homemade cheese, jams and honey that added a special touch to every bite. Overall, our time at this guesthouse was nothing short of magical, thanks to the impeccable accommodations, delectable breakfast, and the warm hospitality of Laure. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway. Highly recommended!

Loved everything! Absolutely nothing not to like!

Laure was the kindest and most efficient host. She made sure our stay with her exceeded our expectations. The room was very large with all bathroom facilities inside, as well as our own little living room attached. The location was a short walk into town. We really appreciated Lauren’s kind touches, the delicious champagne apero with home made gf biscuits and lovely savoury breakfast with more home made cakes. Communication with Laure was so easy and she allowed us to come to the room early as well. 5* for everything!

A classic B&B - you stay at the host's house - in central Épernay. Easy walking distance to everything in the center, and easy off-the street parking on the same street. Laure is an exceptional host, gives great ideas and advice and even booked a restaurant for me. A lovely bonus: a glass of champagne awaits you upon arrival! The bed was comfortable, and in spite of the central location, the room was quiet so I slept very well. I loved the room service breakfast, a delicious a and tranquil start to the new day. Warmly recommended.

Absolutely everything about the stay was exceptional! The host Laure was kind and generous. We were greeted with champagne and snacks, given a pack of homemade cookies as an extra welcome, the breakfast was superb, and the apartment so beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. This place is the best we stayed in during our trip to the champagne region in France. Thank you Laure.

There’s simply nothing to dislike.

Excellent location. Close to Avenue de champagne , the train station and the town centre. The breakfasts so amazing. The rooms very comfortable and spacious . If you want the french experience you will get it here. The hostess is very warm and friendly. The property is very secure. You are able to open french doors to a garden courtyard. We felt very special staying here.

It was perfect.

Laure is a fantastic host. She is readily available when needed. The breakfast is superb, real quality with lovely homemade jams. I would also recommend having the dinner Laure offers as it was delicious home cooking and recipes washed down with a quality bottle of local champagne. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with your own living room area.

Beautiful, clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed and seating area in a separate room - ideal for if your travel partner already wants to go to bed and you still want to read or watch something. Very sweet and hospitable host who even prepared a recommendations book about places to visit, restaurants to eat, etc. Excellent breakfast with homemade confiture, honey, cake, cookies and good coffee! Champagne apiritif was served upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Nothing about the rooms or host I can think of. Perhaps only that there is no private parking available which concerned us a bit at first with luggage in the car (we were only travelling through). Although we easily found a parking spot in front of the hotel as there was plenty of space in the streets around the accommodation.
