The staff were exemplary. The main 2 that I encountered were friendly, helpful, pleasant and personable. Even when there were difficulties at the front desk due to a short internet outage, staff kept a friendly helpful and professional manner with all customers. To be applauded. Breakfast was varied and fresh and much enjoyed. My room was quiet and very comfortable. Staff offered a left luggage service. Short walk into the main area. Excellent value for money overall: highly recommended.

In an ideal world I would have liked a kettle in the room, but this was a known before I booked, so was not expected on arrival.

We stayed here because they have four 7kW EV chargers available in the car park for charging up overnight. Reasonable cost, free parking, a McDonalds around the corner if you just need something quick or a walk into town for something proper. Very basic rooms but clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed. Exactly what we needed for breaking up a long drive. I also really appreciated the lady who checked us in too. She realised my French wasn't great and rather than defaulting to English she slowed down, and used basic French, and small sentences to help me. Really polite lady. We'd stay here again and will look for other hotels from this chain in the future.

Aircon didn't really cool the room down much when it was 30°C outside, so don't rely on that if it's super warm.

Breakfast is good. Charged at Reception on arrival for Euros 6.50. Choice of breads + spreads, cake, cereals, juice, hot drinks, yogurt and apple compote. Beds are the most comfortable I have slept in. The rooms facing the car park also have a view of a vineyard. Car park is safe. Close to fast food restaurants and walking distance to the main town.

If we had booked on arrival, it would have been much cheaper rather than pre-booking

Great hotel, just 3 hours from calais. After driving 15hrs from Spain to UK. It was the perfect find, clean and comfortable with a great bed, the shower was a little on the small side but suited our needs for a quick 6/7 hour rest before heading on with our journey to UK. Would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff were excellent very friendly. Didn't have breakfast but it smelt delicious. Bonus points for being in champagne area,gutted couldn't go to a vinyard this time😔

Nothing,everything was just as expected

It‘s simple, but for the price and the location it is a decent option - also because of the free, gated parking. The bathroom feels like you‘re on a plane, but the bed is a great size and comfortable. We walked down to the Ave de Champagne in less than 20 minutes. Several locations on route offer wine tastings without the need for an advance booking. You can also walk through the vineyards to Hautvillers within 45 minutes.

If you‘re in town to enjoy the chic atmosphere of Champagne and Epernay, then this place definitely won‘t add anything memorable to your experience.

Good location for walking around epernay. Rooms are adequate but quite small, however the added bonus was aircon which is needed in August temperatures. Staff were very helpful with holding some items in their fridge for us. Shower was powerful and whilst the bathroom is small, it was manageable.

For the price I think it was good value so no complaints .

Good bed, very comfortable. Good lighting. Good windows, clean room, more than adequate bathroom, fast, hot water. Good lighting, with plenty of good electrical outlets throughout the room. TV with good easy to read on screen guide, good color. Very good value. Free parking, good breakfast.

Pretty small rooms, small bathroom, shower drain needed attention - slow drain. I shouldn't complain, very good value.

Good value for money, as was the breakfast that we took up. Convenient to town. Good parking.

The bathroom is tiny...hard to have a shower and not get everything soaked....felt like I was in a caravan. Very few french hotels provide extra pillows and the ones given are terribly flat. Please give more pillows!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, basic but good breakfast. Not more than a bit over one kilometer from the center but on an industry zone, so nothing basically on a way there. There is no restaurant in a hotel and nearby only McDonald's and Burger King. Very cheap so definitely worth the money:)

Nice property ideal for a large group in the center of Epernay in a street with low traffic (but when there is a car/truck bedrooms are very noisy). Patio terrace with BBQ and large fridge, many bedrooms, nice living and TV room. Really pleasant when with a large group as you can split up in different areas.

Entrance a bit smelly (cat piss?) although generally the property was very clean. Bedrooms would benefit from bedside lamps and some basic furniture.
