The hotel is well placed and is situated on a wide road with on-street parking as well as close proximity to other car parks. The reception is open 24 hours a day. We arrived late due to a difficulty with our car and were greeted warmly and offered a drink at the bar despite it being past 11:30 PM. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower refreshing. The air conditioning ensured a very pleasant environment. The breakfast was also very nice and set us up for the day. I have to say how helpful the staff were with sorting out problems and offering support and their kindness and helpfulness was appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps a slightly larger croissant!

Great location v close to Place de La Republique. Good value for money. Good continental breakfast buffet. We used this as a base for a cycling holiday and the hotel staff were helpful getting us access to the garage where bikes were stored. For our stay we had access to a private foyer for our room also which was excellent as the room itself was a little small.

The sauna wasn’t working for the 4 days we stayed there. One morning the hotel had a big crowd staying and the breakfast room struggled to accommodate everyone. There was a ‘drains’ smell in our bathroom, but ok as long as you kept the window open.

Not far from the famous Avenue de Champagne, where the big Domaines have their headquarters, and a short walk from the big underground car park in a rather run-down part of Epernay. The room was OK but dated, fine for a night.

Like many French mid-range hotels, there was no in-room fridge. On one of the hottest days of the year, there was nowhere to chill water, wine or milk for tea and coffee. It’s a shame. There was a strange fridge-like item that slightly chilled my water bottles, but wasn't much use. The carpet on the 4th floor corridor had seen better days.

Stayed 3 nights in new top-floor apartment which was a great room with two terraces, a kitchen/pentry and a sizeable living room. Very nice, comfortable and in great condition. Good location where everything is walkable but not too noice surroundings, possible to find parking nearby, and dog-friendly! Breakfast OKish, but not so special.

Breakfast worked, but better to use own pentry/kitchen with fridge, freezer etc.

Chosen for the central location and it was perfect. €13 for a great breakfast. Staff very efficient and nice to work with.

Slightly dated bathrooms and decor - some peeling off the ceiling. Also asked to keep towels which I like doing but no hooks or anywhere to hang a drying towel.

Great location with easy walking anywhere in old town. Car parking nearby. Friendly helpful staff, and everything was tidy. Well priced given it’s location - not too many other hotels nearby

An older renovation which could do with a refresh

Great location, very central, but quiet. Bed very comfy with a choice of pillows. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, plus small fridge. One comfy chair, small safe for valuables. Staff friendly, especially Betty, the evening receptionist who was really helpful. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with lots of choice.

Walls a bit thin, could hear guests in next room. Another chair in the room would have been nice, but may have made room a bit cramped.

We booked a standard room which covered all basic needs. Good bed and clean room. Good breakfast and excellent location to visit Epernay and its surrounding.

Although the bath room had all what is necessary, the room could use some refurbishment

Great loaction for walking to the Champagne Houses and the city center area.

Breakfast could have more fresh options, such as not having to boil your own eggs. Boilig eggs was cool, but having scrambled option would be nice.

Fantastic location in Epernay, being walking distance to the restaurants and Avenue de Champagne that we wanted to visit. They also permitted pets! The main floor guest bathroom was also great for when we both needed the WC.

The fee for the breakfast was pretty steep for what was offered. The sink was a little hard to use in the hotel room bathroom because there was not much space between the spout and the edge of the bowl.
