It was super accessible from the autoroute and handy for the UK to the SoF route. Absolutely delivered on what we needed... Clean, welcoming staff, comfortable, well equipped, dog friendly and reasonably priced (and I noticed that there was a free co-working facility). And there was a wonderful and surprisingly big park behind for a good pre journey dog walk. And there's a boulangerie next door although it doesn't open until 8.30am. PLUS there's a Leclerc petrol station (and supermarket) right next door, which offers cheaper fuel than autoroute usual suspects. And there's an IKEA nearby if you need to pick up a few things from there.

The rooms are what an estate agent would describe as "bijou", but had everything we needed. No air con and it was hot, but the window opened very wide. It's not the most beautiful building and if you have Ritzy aspirations then this isn't for you. But we'll definitely be back

We arrived after travelling a few hundred miles on a motorcycle and were greeted by an air conditioned reception who quickly checked us in. The room was large enough for a couple with their motorcycle gear and the bathroom and rooms were a decent size. Having met with friends who also arrived on motorcycles the hotel informed us there had been recent thefts of motorcycles locally and for the safety of our bikes we were advised to wheel them into the reception area so they were 100% safe. This for me was outstanding and would give this venue 10/10 just for considering our welfare.

The hotel is located directly off a roundabout and if you're not careful you can easily miss the entrance. Once in our room the air conditioning didn't work but when mentioning this on checkout I was led to believe it was easily resolved if I had reported it. As it was it was cool overnight and didn't need it so this wasn't really an issue. Once checked in it transpired there wasn't a lot of choice for anywhere to eat so we ate at the local McDonalds which was a 20 minute walk away.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel on route to exploring parts of France from the UK. The hotel is located close to the motorway and supermarkets, which is convenient. It also has secure parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and worked well for us during our one night stay.

The hotel room would have benefitted from another mirror outside of the bathroom. Unfortunately, all of the electric vehicle chargers were not working during our stay, therefore we were unable to charge our car overnight as we had planned. This meant we had to make arrangements to do so at a nearby public fast charger the following morning, delaying us slightly from our planned travel itinerary.

Have been staying here for many years on route to the Alps. Location Just off motorway. L’Clerc Petrol station and large supermarket in walkable distance. Great for getting your head down and away next morning. Staff always friendly.

As previously stated we stay here at least twice per year. Apart from the above good points, we have always had an excellent breakfast here with lots of choice. However, this year we noticed it was a little substandard. Usually the choices would include items such as smoked salmon, parma ham, proper croissants not the mini varieties etc. The bacon was sat in a lot of grease, the scrambled eggs were not proper eggs and both items were just Luke warm. Coffee was also not as nice as usual. Felt they had tried to go cheap. Also charged us 20 euro for two dogs, previously just 5 each or even free.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful (particularly the night receptionist who’s name I did not note down) with suggestions for food when none was available on site. The hotel is small but very well located 5 minutes off the motorway. Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need, with comfy beds, warm showers and blackout blinds. I would stay here again if making a similar trip.

The restaurant had run out of most things by the time we arrived at about 7.30pm and ran out of beer during the evening. However, staff were happy for us to order in food and eat it in the restaurant area, which suited us well.

This was a stopover on our way to Italy and was ideal - close to the motorway and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. There's a small bar area that sells pizza. The area was quiet during the night. There are a few local shops next door which were handy for buying drinks and snacks for our onward journey.

Nothing at all. However, if you're looking for proper restaurants, you need to drive into Reims. Within walking distance there are only a couple of fast food outlets.

We were just staying overnight on our way back to Calais. The location was great for the fast roads, and its proximity to Le Clerc supermarket for fuelling up the car cheaply and buying some food items was very convenient. The room wifi and USB charging points were good and usefully located, and the rain shower was great for freshening up. The room was compact but perfect for our needs. The blind was great for darkening the room, to assist a good night's sleep.

Good budget hotel which I've used in the past when travelling to and from Italy from the UK. Staff are friendly and helpful and you can get a beer and pizza which is most welcomed after a long drive. Secure parking.

The hotel is starting to look a bit worn. Stains on carpet on the second floor landing, shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (room 210) due to a worn seal at the bottom of the shower door (had obviously been like that for some time), missing cover on one of the wall sockets.

Excellent location just a few minutes from Reims city centre. Just stayed one night but got bumped up to a slightly larger room upon check-in (at not extra cost). Everything was clean and fresh inside the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was super. Good breakfast.

Nothing really, but if I were to be picky, would have preferred still water bottles for the room (only sparkling water was available) and the car park could do with a few lights.
