I really liked this hotel! Karen at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful – she made everything smooth from the start. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, with great mattresses, fresh white linens, and sleek bathrooms. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooftop is a lovely bonus! The parking is right by the hotel, secure, and very convenient – plus the hotel has a great deal with them, making the price really attractive. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely come back!

It’s a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral in an interesting area, possibly developed for the Paris Olympics? Team GB had a base near the hotel. There’s an amazing sports’ complex with indoor skating rink nearby. Fantastic park avenue with integrated sports equipment. It’s right next to a parking complex - €20 overnight.

The bar was right by the lifts - bit cramped. The restaurant likewise but really welcoming staff. Small lifts! Although they were quick and efficient. If you don’t have breakfast (I was there Sunday morning) then nothing in town - only one classic coffee bar!

Situated about a 10 minute walk from the Station, through an outdoor car park and back streets but seemed safe at night. We arrived early so unable to check in but left our luggage in the locked storage room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with coffee/tea facilities. (Just note that if you like milk in your tea or coffee none is provided. There is a large Carrefour and Aldi around 10 minute walk to purchase any groceries required) 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and other places of interest...

No restaurants in the immediate vicinity but the food looked good at the in house restaurant.

The staff was really welcoming and kind, from our late arrival around midnight to the Check out, including the Cleaning lady in the corridor or the people at breakfast. Everything was clean and neat. public Parking was available right next to the property

Breakfast had a good spread but when I came around 9:30 a few items were missing.

Location very close by to centre of reims! Hotel also has a cool rooftop bar where you can have a drink before you leave to town. Hotel is very new which gives it modern and new atmosphere.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds are super comfortable and shower is a decent size and modern.

The gym was very small, like most gyms, and it was difficult to get a workout in with the equipment available. The hotel is located next to a bus lane which you cannot use, which makes it harder to enter or leave the hotel.

The staff speak English very well. They are really nice with dogs (got a tub of snacks and poopy bags). The staff is also very friendly and make sure you enjoy your stay!

Easy to find, good location, safe parking (with discount). The staff were really helpful and the rooms were great for what we needed and probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds i have ever stayed in Restaurant was also great if you do not want to walk into the town, bar was nice and chilled also with staff always on hand

Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, quiet location but easy walking distance to town. Nice with a sofa in the room! Great with the roof top terrace and apparently the gym was good also (the teenagers used it). Some milk for the coffee would be nice :) Parking right next to the hotel.

Easy walking distance to centre of town. Rooms nicely furnished and comfortable. Carpark next to hotel. Easy access by car from motorway. Friendly staff.

If bedroom is facing rail tracks, possible to hear trains. Area still being developed. Some finishings in shower already showing wear and tear.
