Good location with gated parking in central area of Riems, with good breakfast. Glad we opted for this hotel with parking as parking a bit of a problem in busy city center. Front desk staff friendly and helpful when we had a few questions. Breakfast area had plenty of space. Quiet area at night, seemed to be a good neighborhood, and still within walking distance of some sights. Not newest hotel but still nicely furnished and art in rooms. Will return here again on next visit. Gave it an 8 score because of included breakfast and parking.

Bathroom was clean but a bit out-dated, old look in our room and in need of renovation. Everything worked fine at least. Parking should just be included in the room price.

The location is excellent - very central and one can walk to everything. Plenty of restaurants locally and a short walk to the cathedral, etc. Room was comfortable with a good size bed and plenty of pillows. Cleanliness excellent.

The shower is very low and not very powerful. The room could have used more electrical sockets. Decor is tired, but for the price that didn't matter.

The location was pretty central and an easy stroll to the cathedral. Breakfast which was extra was good. Beds comfortable and there was plenty of bedroom space. Car parking at an extra cost was safe and good.

The bathroom in our room 212 was very narrow and would be difficult for guests with a slight mobility problem. The interior of the room and hotel would benefit from updating and refurbishing the decorations. Otherwise it is a very comfortable short stay hotel.

The space of the room was very good, with a separated space for a chaise, like a living room. Locaiton was also good, close to city centre, the parking was an advantage.

We arrived at 2 pm, the lady in the reception didn`t allow us to do the checkin, just at 3 pm. The room was obviously ready as it was just one hour before, but she was stricted to the rules which made us think there was a lack of hospitality.

The staffs are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, as we could walk not only to the stadion, but also cathedral and many restaurants. We'll definitely come back to the hotel, we visit Reims again! Thanks a lot to all staffs;)

I wish there were some vegetables like tomato and cucumber at the breakfast. But there are many kinds of breads and pancakes/crepes :)

Since the comments were bad I was expecting issues but it was a nice stay. Definitely the best price performance balanced hotel. It was clean enough and all equipments were enough. The location is just perfect, in the city center!

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectasions: the room was quite big, with a nice big window overlooking the Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Ferris Wheel. The bathroom was spacious, it had everything we needed from towels of various sizes to soaps. We were even given free flavoured water and a small patisserie. The hotel is located near the biggest road in the city, full of shops and restaurants, but it still was very quiet. There is even a Spa, located downstairs with a beautician, opened Mon-Saturday.

The fixtures of doors and windows aren't really new, they could be changed. And maybe also the moquette is not my favourite thing but overall the room was very nice.

The hotel location is ideal for me. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. There was a nice view on to the street, I had a room at the front of the hotel.

There was no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The hotel car park was full. Luckily I found a parking space on the street not far from the hotel.

The bed was comfy and the linens were clean. It was a really great location. Good breakfast.

It was quite filthy. I had to keep my shoes on I side the room because the carpet was gross and sticky everywhere. Under the sheets, the bed had no mattress cover and the mattress was stained.

The hotel location was good, about 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. I used the dedicated car park on site, which was convenient. The room was a reasonable size and clean. However I felt the general decor inside the hotel was perhaps a little tired. The breakfast was a typical French cold buffet. However I did like that they also had bacon and scrambled egg, which was the option I took. The city was lively on the Friday night I stayed there, with a good selection of restaurants and bars. The city also looked quite picturesque, it was a shame I couldn't have stayed longer to explore. Maybe next time...

The television in the room wasn't working properly, it looked like there was a major malfunction with the pixels. However this wasn't a big problem for me as I didn't watch much of it anyway. The main front door to my hotel room slammed shut really hard, which made me jump a couple of times.
