Very clean and comfortable beds. For the price, very good facilities.

Took a while to get checked in in the evening as no one was at the front desk. I was told the car park was full but could see spaces, should have queried this but it late, 9pm (not as if they were reserved as told reservation not possible online and 9pm!) so had to park outside secure area. In the morning when paying for breakfast the staff member was miserable, maybe having a bad day!

So, nothing fancy about this place. Its a room with basic amenities and a cheap but a decent breakfast. The provide cheap parking place as well. But its cheap and for the money you pay, you get a nice, comfortable clean bed. Located slightly outside the city but still within a walking distance...

Easy access from major roads. Parking lot security. The hotel is close to tram and bus stops, making it easy to get to the city. Room is clean. Very kind employees. Supermarket and McDonald's right in front. The price was quite reasonable. I would like to choose again.

There are no negative aspects. If I had to say one thing, the bed was small, but I understood that from the start and it was reasonable for the price.

The organisation of the bedroom to maximise space, and privacy with fully enclosed bathroom. Clean and comfortable.

The parking was paid parking as I presumed it was secure - however the pedestrian security gate to the parking was broken and so anybody could gain access. The staff I interacted with seemingly did not have job satisfaction, they were brusque and unfriendly but did their jobs fine.

The location was excellent off the motorway. Hotel and rooms were clean. Car was safely parked within the perimeter fence for a charge of 3 euros. Staff for check in was friendly and helpful. Would.recommend foe annivernight stay whilst travelling through Reims.

Toilet needed to be flushed when we moved into the room. I was surprised by this. Just a recommendation that in order to make tea a kettle to boil water would make better tea than hot water from a coffee machine.

Conveniently located near the motorway. 24h/7 reception. Secured parking on site for 3.50 EUR or free public parking across the road. Large family room that can fit a couple and 3 children.

The pillows were far too soft. The breakfast wasn't great with croissants that were quite dry. The coffee and chocolate come from a vending machine and did not taste good.

Easy to find; good parking that was secure; 24/7 reception that was manned as promised. There was a lift which was great with all the bags, and the key / passcodes / wifi all worked first time, no problems. Beds were comfy and the bedside lights by each bed were fab too. Breakfast the next morning was fresh, tasty and frequently refilled / cleared away. Also, there was a large patch of grass outside within the secure parking area (so all fenced in) for early morning dog wees.

There were five of us + a dog in our quite small room - and it was very cosy! Air con could have been a bit more powerful given all the bodies in the room. Also, my husband is a tall man and he struggled to use the bathroom / shower cubicle OK. The pillow cases were a random ruffled texture which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. However, these are minor points and we would definitely stay again when doing a 'stop over'.

The property was in close proximity to the tram stop as well as a local supermarket and even a MacDonalds. There was room for all of us (two adults and three children) in one room which was ideal.

Although the room suited us for one night, it may have been too small for a week long stay.

Clean & comfortable. secure parking, easy to get to. Staff /reception responsive & helpful.

Paying extra for parting. Price charged was higher than just turn up rate quoted for 2/3 bedroom room (€51) on their signage. Access to the 3rd bed was via a ladder & over the top of a raise rail which added to difficulty & risk - this needs addressing with a re-design. I'd say suitable for children age 5-18 only.

Easy access to highway, proximity of city center 10 -15 min by bike or public transport, also walkable. Quiet, paid parking at the hotel ( small fee, secured and convenient) but also free parking available around the hotel. Good continental breakfast
