Having been to Reims approx. 30 times, I am well aware of the quite miserable level when it comes to city hotels (in the basic category). Thus, this time I picked an option just behind the heart of the city (10-minute walk from the Cathedral) and felt pretty content with my choice. Appart'Hotel Confort offers basic level accommodation but there was nothing real to complain about. I got a big 2-floor loft room from upper floors with a huge window and spacious views. The bathroom is modest but serves for basic functions. The reception people are very kind. And what's best, mine was a super silent stay! After tasting more than 100 champagnes a day one wants to be in peace. PS. I would have given 8,5 points to this place but apparently booking.com allows only 8,0 and 9,0?

If you want to enjoy the Reims vibe to the full, you may feel this place is a bit far away from the city centre. Anyway; I truly prefer staying here compared to overtly touristic Place d'Erlon. Another thing is that this hotel building itself is beautiful, so it feels a bit sad the interior pays no homage to it.

Apartcity Confort Centre is situated in the heart of Reims - so the locality is great for the sightseeing of Reims. Reims is very nice city and it has a historic and picturesque center. Apartament was equipped with standard equipment and was fully functional. The hotel staff was very kindly, pleasant and helpful. Parking is possible in the streets around the hotel and the prices are very friendly (weekend without any fee, workday for 4euro's/day - you can use the easypark app or parking automates on the street). The breakfast was excellent, very tasty with a wide selection of food.

The carpets in our apartment were already quite used.

Spacious, comfy studio with a mezzanine floor and great city views. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed: fridge, coffee maker, kitchenware, etc. Location just a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral. The shower was great! The bed was quite comfy.

It was complicated to get inside the hotel complex, as the gate was locked and the key card did not work. We had to ask for a separate card at the reception. No air-con in the room. The provided portable air cooler was good, but not sufficient to properly cool the hot room. The breakfast did not impress us, unfortunately.

Convenience to Reims centre. It was quiet. The staff were really kind & helpful, they were a happy group who made you feel that the day was a good one! The design f the room was good.

It was dark, the lighting was not good inside the apartment. The apartment walls would look great in a white, light grey or cream! The other slight problem was not of the hotel’s making but people left glass bottles by the front bins, they were blown over by the wind & left shards of glass at the gates entrance - worrying for a dog owner.

I liked the fact that the appartment was easy to access by car Also the place was easy going and relaxed.

There was no air conditioning possibilities, it was 32-34C during the time. It was impossible to cool the 2 floor Appartement so that you would have been able to sleep properly during the night. The breakfast was ending already at 9am during the weekday, way too early for a holiday visits

Stayed on the third floor which all had mezzanine rooms which simply meant the rooms felt slightly larger and more comfortable. The lady who checked us in was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was even a nice tough that they had some biscuits and chocolate covered nuts to eat at reception - very nice welcome. You could basically walk everywhere or catch public transport. There is a grocery shop close by- simply ask at reception for directions. Kitchen is small but well equipped - have everything you need - but there is the option of purchasing breakfast for 12.90 (buffet style). The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Stayed for three nights. Enough to do in Reims. Very comfortable apartment and would definitely stay again.

The carpet is the dining room was stained purely because it is where people eat - in the long term they would be better off changing it to tiles. Carpet upstairs in the bedroom was perfect and very clean. Plus if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, you need to turn the night on in the bedroom which wakes up your partner. Would be great to have lights for the stairs.

The availability of pizzas to order was a great touch, as we arrived later than expected so were too tired and stressed to head out to eat. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was an attic room and my husband kept hitting his head on the sloping roof when getting in and out of bed. Over the weekend the breakfast room was extremely crowded and ran out of items.

Friendly and totally hassle-free check-in. We had a large, duplex style apartment with full mini-kitchen which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of on-street parking directly outside of the property. Close to the carhedral and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Stayed for two nights and would definitely recommend as a good value alternative to a hotel.

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked. Breakfast was a great deal and had lots of choices. The area was nice and quiet at night.

There was smoking near the main entrance and the room was quite hot at night.
