The rooms in Building C have been really nicely updated. We had the two rooms on the second floor for our family which was perfect as it felt like our own apartment. Our only complaint would be that every time a room door or the main door open you could hear it, and the stairs are very noisy. But otherwise it was great! The breakfast is good value for money, with fresh croissants and pain au chocolats to your table. The pool was also the perfect temperature, with a nice seating area. It wasn’t too busy due to cloudy weather, so I could see how it would be full on a sunny day. Finally, the hotel is in a quiet location, but there isn’t too much around. The main pedestrian street in the centre is a 15-20 minute walk depending on your pace. Just something to keep in mind if you plan to be in the centre every day.

We loved that there was a pool area, which was so nice to come back to after walking about in the sunshine in Reims. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there is a good selection for breakfast. There was enough street parking that we didn’t have to pay for parking in the garage. The hotel is just under a 15 minute walk to the train station, and about a 30 minute walk to the cathedral. The gentleman who checked us in was the most friendliest and happiest staff member we have encountered on a hotel reception desk, a wonderful start to our stay.

Our room didn’t have a fridge/minibar, but we were able to get drinks from reception.

Location, just a short 20 minute walk to the city for an evening meal and another 10 minutes to the cathedral. Parking in the street by the hotel or secure garage parking (small extra charge) was available. Clean room with good shower and air-con was much appreciated during the recent heatwave. As was a dip in the pool after a long day on the road. Staff friendly at arrival and departure..Breakfast was available but we did not partake.

Really little issue but would love a china mug and a proper glass rather than paper cups. Hotel is on 2 sites on opposite sides of the road. I was aware of this from adverts but slightly confused as to where to check in. Not a big problem but if you arrived after dark it might be.

Great value for money, very easy check-in and check-out. We arrived very late at the hotel (around midnight) and it was no problem to check-in at this very late hour, without extra costs. Initially we booked 3 nights, however, eventually we only needed to stay 2 nights. The man at the reception was incredibly helpful and arranged with Booking for the reservation to be changed, without surcharge and with free cancellation (the Booking app was not working correctly). Room is quite spacious, the bathroom is a bit outdated but clean and functional. Distance to the center is a bit too far to walk, but only 5-10 mins by car (depending on traffic). Also, they have a charging point in their garage, which was one of the main reasons for us to book this hotel. Overall very pleasant experience, highly recommended for a quick stay.

Nothing negative!

Fabulous place. Our room was so spacious, quiet, comfortable and superbly equipped. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a bonus touch of a heated towel rail. There was plenty of on-street parking though we chose to use the garage for a few extra euros. The walk into the city centre was easy, level all the way and no more than 15 mins. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We did not use the pool or sample breakfast as had to get going swiftly the next day. Worth mention that if arriving by car Reims is part of the clean air zone sticker system. We did not realise until after arriving! Would definitely use this hotel again.

The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. She showed us where to park, where our room was and where breakfast would be in the mornings. The room was nice with a private patio. The parking garage was close by and we were able to charge the EV that we rented. Breakfast was excellent wth tasty croissants and baguettes.

The location is 15 minutes walk to the edge of the town centre and another 10 minutes to the cathedral. To shorten the walking time we took a tram from the opera house to a stop that was just a 5 minute walk away. If you like to be in a quiet part of the city this is a great location.

I have given the hotel a 10 because it exceeded our expectations, particularly for the price. Staff were very pleasant. Our room was very nice, beds are comfy and the bathroom is great with a hot and powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We liked sitting in the area by the pool (although the pool was closed when we were there). Breakfast was very tasty. We paid extra for private and secure parking and that worked very well. It's easy enough to walk into town but buses and Ubers are also available. We also recommend the nearby La P'tite Cocotte restaurant which seems to be frequented by locals, their cocottes are delicious and not petite.

Hard for us to find fault.

This hotel is very reasonably priced and well situated in Reims: we were able to walk into town in about 10 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and the room was spotless and extremely comfortable with bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent air conditioning. We could park in an indoor car park. Our highest praise is for the breakfast: the gentleman in charge took pride in ensuring that we had everything that we wanted: breads, conserves, eggs, meats and cheeses, tea and coffee. Fabulous.

breakfast was great, small buffet but with everything one likes to se in a hotel breakfast. I specially like the fact that they made sure to check weather we would like croissant or pain au chocolat for breakfast. The rooms were a little on the small side and outdated but clean and kozy. The service was above and beyond what can be expected from a small hotel. The parking was easy and secure. And the hotel itself is three small buildings on a quiet street. We walked into the center of Reims, but it takes about 15 minutes to do so, and the city is big so we ended up taking a bus back to the hotel without any problems.

A bit too long from decent restaurants. The bed was one of those double beds with only one mattress for two people.

The hotel was easy to find, in a quiet residential area. The location was good, about 25min walk to centre but only 300m from frequent bus service. There is a secure garage for the car, 8€ per night. Our room was on the first floor, quiet, very clean, a decent size and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, shower room spotless, and there’s a small kitchen area with sink, kettle, microwave and fridge with alcohol free mini bar. The staff spoke good English, were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. There’s a buffet style breakfast which was more than adequate with a very reasonable selection. Happy to recommend.
