Great location for walking past all the great champagne houses and chateaux lit up at night - ten minutes into town centre w plenty of good restaurants. Easily accessible by car w private parking. Short walk to Champagne Mercier for excellent tasting and tour experience. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Good traditional French breakfast w outdoor seating if desired. Room was functional - very like every Ibis hotel. Large comfy bed but no plug points bedside for phone charging.

No a/c or fan in the room during a serious heatwave (37-39!) so large window was opened by us on arrival to help refresh the air but could not leave open all night for security reasons. Bathroom was small and basic, with thin towels.

Unusually for a Kyriad, not only did it have a spacious breakfast room, it had an attractive lounge area in a large 'Conservatory' and a garden area where you could relax with a drink or even take breakfast. The hosts, Christophe and Caroline, were exceptional and provided lots of advice on the local activities. They also provided an 'In-house' pizza service for guests and drinks in the evening. We stayed two days and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is perfectly placed for the Ave de Champagne and its many champagne houses to visit.

Great location, easy walk along the Avenue de Champagne into Epernay which has some of the most well known Champagne houses to pop into on the way, also the Champagne museum. The team members at the Kyriad are very friendly and helpful. Great tip to visit Hautvillers! The communal sitting area is a nice place to sit and have a drink from the bar in the evening. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a great selection of cereals, yogurts, bread, cheese, jams, meats etc. Had everything we needed for our two night stay and great to be able to bring our dog, all at an incredibly reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Kyriad Épernay. The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location - just a short walk from the town center and Avenue de Champagne. Parking was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Pet friendly. We especially appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful and welcoming throughout. An ideal base for exploring Épernay!

The staff has been kind, professional and responsive. The location of the hotel is extremely central, being just a few minutes walking from Avenue de Champagne. There is a private and safe parking slot. The beds are extremely confortable and the room is very silent.

Our room was a bit small, still confortable enough for us (2 adults, 1 kid and a dog) because we felt safe to leave most of our luggages in the car (parked in the private parking lot), hence we didn't have many of them with us.

We stayed 3 nights at the Kyriad and all 9 of us agreed that it was an ideal place for us to have stayed. We didn’t have a car, but we could easily walk into the centre of Epernay along the Avenue de Champagne and see all the different champagne houses along the way. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially liked the outside garden area to sit and relax.

The rooms are quite compact especially as we had a triple bed room but the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped with good working shower and hairdryer.

This was our second visit to this hotel, the first being August 2023. The vibe of the hotel hadn't changed at all. The owners are English / French and are very welcoming. The room was adequate, it was rather warm wearher and as we were on the ground floor the only opening was a door which wasn't ideal, however I wasn't particularly fussed by this. It is only a short walk into Éperney centre down Ave du Champagne to the Champage Houses. We had prebooked tour at Moët et Chandon which was excellent. Breakfast choices were fabulous and I would recommend this hotel wishing to stop over or visit the area for a while.

The room had recently been renovated and paint on the bathroom door / door frame obstructed it from closing properly. I did mention on leaving so I am hopeful this will have been sorted.

Location is excellent, at the beginning of Av. Champagne, walking distance to downtown, restaurants and the most famous cavas. All the staff is very competent, they know the region very well and they provided lots of great suggestions and information. The owners are very kind and they do their best to help their customers and make sure they have a very good stay. Parking lot ihas enough spots for all the customers. Rooms were impecable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was perfect for us, which is typical french style: included ham, cheese, yoguhrt, croissants, cereals, no warm food options . We would be happy to stay in this hotel again

No complaints, everything was very good

This is our 3rd visit to Epernay and we have stayed in the Kyriad every time. It is conveniently situated just off the Avenue de Champagne. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast is plentiful and very good. The staff are polite and helpful. The Kyriad is excellent value for money. There is plenty of parking at the hotel. If you want luxury, pay a fortune and stay somewhere else but, if you want a clean and comfy room in a friendly, welcoming hotel with a very good breakfast at a very good price, then do not hesitate to book the Kyriad!

For the price, I think all is good.

Pleasant room in a quiet location, comfortable bed and a good shower room. The location near the centre of Epernay was excellent and Christopher the owner was very friendly and informative and gave us several recommendations for places to eat! Unfortunately a few of them were closed.

The only thing we didn’t like was our room was very hot overnight. I would suggest either air conditioning or a fan at the very least. We had a door to a small outside area but unfortunately after dark we couldn’t open it because of the number of mosquitoes and midges and we were both badly bitten overnight.
