You’ll receive an exceptional service from the moment you arrive. Everything is preempted for you making you feel very special as guests. The hotel is designed beautifully throughout with an incredible attention to detail. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious and provide spectacular views over the Champagne vineyards. The bar and bistro restaurant are brilliant but for a truly memorable experience book into The Royal which is outstanding. The Spa and treatments are 5 star and extremely luxurious. We spent two days at the hotel and neither of us wanted to leave - we can’t wait to return.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Property was absolutely stunning. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. The restaurants were incredible including the bar. This experience literally brought us to tears. It truly was the best vacation of our lives. We are already planning our return for next year. Nothing. Absolutely nothing

Exceptional levels of professional service, cuisine and comfort. The architecture, landscaping, art works and interior decor sympathetic to the vineyard terraces which fall below. Wild flower meadows compliment the reference to nature gifts from the rock, soils and vines. Canine visitors also shown care. Merci

Location was odd- right on the edge of a not very interesting village-view not as open as i had expected. Quality of all items, from linen to flowers was exceptional. Breakfast was disappointing. Buffet stocks had run down and were not replenished, nor were we offered a menu for a la carte breakfast. Did not know this was available until checkout when i commented on low stock. The evening we stayed a rainstorm had passed through; everyone was inside the hotel, rather than on the terraces. This made it feel overful and noisy. The terraces are beautiful and on a better evening, could have been enjoyed by more residents . The staff were only just keeping on top of orders and they seemed stressed-though everyone was polite.

Do not rely on the quality of the hardware. Interact with your guests. Did not like the feeling of business, after all, you go to a Spa hotel to relax.

Staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Bar staff and breakfast were friendly and chatty. The champagne tour booked at locally was a great recommendation- different experience to standard champagne houses.

Spa staff were not as welcoming when I asked to take a look at the pool.

The hotel is exceptional at every level and provides world class service and hospitality from one of the best 5 star resorts we have been to worldwide. The staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive in the car park. A very polished operation!

Very good design and ambiance!

Even though that I’ve pointed out that it was my partner’s birthday, there was nothing done about that. A little disappointing. also at the check out I’ve asked about it and the manager told me that they had all the info on the system and he is sorry that nothing was done.

I have stayed in many great hotels and this is one of the best worldwide. The views never grow old; service and comfort first-class. Food exquisite at Bellevue. Le Royal restaurant is unforgettable.

Hotel is very new and well maintained. We arrived from Couchevel late in the night and the check-in was very swift. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel. Staff there were very friendly and kind too: they even helped to prepare porridge for our next day breakfast.

Room - we had very convenient and spacious connecting rooms and so were our friends. the room is of very good size. impressed by the size of the bath tub. we also used the indoor pool and it was very decent size and we had a great time. food was good too. both breakfast and dinner come with good varieties and decently priced. The view outside of the window was very pleasant too. can’t get enough of the view.
