Loved this property. After 3 weeks of travel we walked into our room (jnr suite) and just said Wow! Best place we have stayed at this trip. Wish we could stay longer. The views over the vineyards were stunning and the room very comfortable. It had everything for the perfect stay. Great bed. Lg smart tv. Nespresso machine. Great shower and bathroom. Balcony which would be better used in summer but was lovely. Easy parking and entrance for mobility challenged. Emma at check in was fabulous. Bar and snacks were great. Breakfast wonderful. Peaceful and quiet but easy access to Epernay and Wine area. Thoroughly recommend.

Be careful where google maps/gps takes you to get there!! It took us over some complex but beautiful cross country travel tracks, but there is an easier way.

A beautifully designed hotel that is perfectly architecturally integrated into the surroundings of vineyards and a small forest. The room was spacious with all the necessary contents and a beautiful view of the vineyard. The mattress and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is great for showering. Maintenance and cleaning daily. The internet was fast and reliable. Delicious breakfast with a huge selection of food and drinks and of course with a view of the vineyards :) . Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is big. We didn't have time to visit the large pool and SPA center, but it looks beautiful. We enjoyed both our stay in this hotel and the tours of the surrounding champagne producers.

Great place normally our preferred choice of hotel in Champagne but it’s definitely on the pricier side. Royal Champagne hotel is the go to in all honesty.

Rooms are fairly small. Staff are not the most efficient or it may just be lack of them and given they are there as point of contact for hotel customers they don’t speak fluent English which is a bit off putting when needing to ask something. Breakfast is good but it takes ages for them to replace items and they are fairly slow at answering requests. Room cleaning wasn’t to the highest of standards

Our experience at the Loisium Wellness Hotel is definitely one to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The welcome was amazing! We immediately felt at ease, and that was enhanced when someone (Margeaux) brought our bags to the room - a welcome luxury after a long trip. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a beautiful view that perfectly matched the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. We felt right at home and couldn't wait to start enjoying everything the hotel had to offer. Dinner was truly super delicious! Each course was a culinary treat, with fresh ingredients and perfect presentation. It was a true feast for the senses! And of course, the requisite champagne made the experience even more special. The staff made sure our glasses were never empty, which added an extra sparkle to the evening! The facilities of the wellness hotel were also impressive. All in all, our stay at the Loisium Wellness Hotel was a perfect getaway. We will never forget the professional service, the delicious dinner and the luxurious experience. Take care when people are there with children that they don't sleep next to people without. Crying of a baby in the morning and the talking during the night is disturbing.

The hotel as such is perfect and very welcoming in a stunning setting around the vines! Its a wonderful and quiet location a few mins away from Aÿ. The room was comfortable in very good condition and the house keeping did a great job. The spa facilities have been awesome and spotless. The breakfast has lots of choice and good quality. Their wine choice was great also beyond champagne.

The coffee quality was very disappointing considering they are charging 7€ for a cappuccino. It has been watery and lack of flavour overall you would expect more for the price and also luxury feel of the hotel. Unfortunately, the service staff seemed overwhelmed with the common requests in the restaurant and at the bar (we had to wait 45min to get our bottle of wine that we ordered) and couldn’t live up to the expectations of a premium hotel. Although, everyone tried their best and worked hard and we quite felt sorry for the staff. Coming from the industry, it’s obvious that people are not well trained and clear guidance by management is lacking.

LOISIUM was an incredible hotel with some of the best customer service. We utilized their spa services, massages, and saunas. They were beautiful and so comfortable. The location of the hotel is stunning and completely surrounded by vineyards. We also ate at the hotel for dinner. The food was incredible and the wine pairing was perfect. We also ate dinner at the bar one night and it was fantastic. The burger was perfection! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is still conveniently located near other wineries, Eperney, and Reims.

The room seems a bit small and a little cramped. The bar was very busy and they could probably benefit from staffing additional team members in the bar.

Beautiful location, friendly, great food and drinks. I absolutely loved the design of the hotel. The spa area was also very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

A pity that the spa closes at 7.30 pm. Isolation of the rooms were poor. You could hear dogs barking in the morning which was very annoying. Breakfast only until 10 am which is a bit early considering we are on holidays. The location is nice but there is literally nothing close by

The location absolutely beautiful! Lovely warm swimming pool & saunas of your choice! The rooms clean & good size ! White cotton bed linen.. breakfast was delicious and with big variety of food ! Really recommend .. thank you

Just one thing we were disappointed.. well , the champagne prices .. we would say it’s too high! Common guys we are in France Champagne region not in Morocco :) it was a bit was shocking that we had to pay for a bottle of champagne €99 , but next day to go 3 km away from the hotel to one of champagne houses and buy this bottle for £€26 ! I understand you have to add some price more but not that more. .. Jesus you not in Brexit lol u don’t have to pay taxes lol sorry but it was too pricey for champagne !

Stunning location with views to die for! It's a very calming place with great design. Lovely pool and lots of space inside and out to relax. Rooms were very comfortable. Food was EXQUISITE, and boy, what a breakfast buffet!!

For the money paid, I think it would have been nice to have more TV options. It's a hotel where there are multi nationalities but everything was in French, yes I know it's in France but it's a pricey hotel so you want to have good options. It was a little overpriced - £35 for 2 gin and tonics or £8 for a bottle of beer, the cheapest bottle of wine £40. It was a treat for us, so we were a little stretched - however, everything else made up for it.

It was a lovely place to stay .. only problem we arrived on Thursday .. to a sign saying restaurant full , and nearest restaurant we found was 5km away that wasn’t full , you couldn’t make it , and the pool was full you couldn’t get a bed ..after a 4hr drive to get there I did laugh .. but I totally enjoyed the place 100% and would and have already recommended to others .. lesson learned book restaurant in advance as the meal I had on the Friday night was very enjoyable , breakfast also great for me ..

The pool bar didn’t do the best of lagers 00 corona or a 6.6% nuclear one .. ..just a simple kronenberg would have been perfect ..
