Pretty quiet except first night , noisey upstairs above us with stomping but settled down by 10pm. Bed was comfy and loved how big the room was. Slept good. Front desk person was very nice and even brought in a brand new coffee maker when the one in the room wasn't working properly. T.V. was great and we could log safely into our netflex acct . Loved the electric fireplace.

Wish their was phones in the room so we didn't have to run down to the office for service. Also it would be nice to have flyers in the rooms to tell you about hotel rules and policies and amenities ect and the local area. Need better lighting in the room, had to use a flashlight to work the coffee maker. All in all its a nice place to stay.

Very spacious beautiful suite, well furnished and equipped, great location, view and privacy. Brand new bathroom with a wonderful soaking tub, super comfortable bed. Great value for the money!

Somewhat irritating, somewhat funny texts received from the "concierge" who offered services then mistakenly "thought" we have already arrived (a day before we were checking in) and inquired how we are settling in, twice, in spite of my answering patiently about the correct date; to top it off by then inquiring how did we like our stay (mind you, it was still one full day before we actually were checking in.) Obviously, your AI algorithms still need some tweaking!

Location is perfect, across the street from the bay! The units are newly renovated, and quite large. The in-wall electric fireplace is a nice touch. Rooms have Fridge, MW, large shower, soaking tub, large bathroom countertop for all the cosmetics. Bed was comfy. Pet-friendly! ($75 per stay) with a doggie relief area. Very small Espresso/Donut/Ice Cream shop in next complex that opens at 7:30am.

It's under a new name, with minimal staffing, so there are some rough edges, though there is 24/7 live text support. (Our room had no soap, and the TV was messed up by a previous guest; texting got soap delivered and instructions to reset the TV.)

I loved this place. We were traveling along the California coast and decided to stay one night in Bodega Bay at this hotel. The service was very efficient. They tried to stay in contact by phone, but there wasn’t much signal coverage. Still, they always made the effort to keep in touch. The service was excellent, and there were no issues at all. They were organizing and beautifying the place. We got a remodeled room, very beautiful, spacious, with an ocean view and modern technology. It had a code entry system, and I felt very safe with this new method that some hotels are starting to implement. The place, without a doubt, I liked a lot. It’s big and independent from the rooms, with a second floor. The only recommendation I would make is to avoid placing people with children, pets, or large families on the second floor, since the first floor can always hear the noise. It’s much better to place single travelers upstairs. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Overall, I really liked everything about the property. It has plenty of parking, a nice view, and excellent customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was their communication system, which seems to be an automated messaging service, and it was overwhelming. I received around ten messages during my one-night stay. I would recommend putting a limit on the communication system. Always, of course, being attentive and maintaining good service, but definitely for someone on vacation, wanting to disconnect from technology and their phone, it can feel like too much.

The location was really great. At the south end of town, not in the middle of the mess, with restaurants and walking paths, including to the beach, walkable from the hotel. Most importantly, the hotel has Highway 1 right behind it, and when I first saw that I groaned (being a light sleeper). It was a great surprise that the room was incredibly quiet. Bed was new and comfy and access was easy.

Really, not much. The site is being renovated and they were doing landscape and sign work. The outside didn't have pizzaz yet, but it wasn't messy to navigate, and they were very respectful with starting time.

Everything is new which is great! The bed was crazy comfortable and the décore is thoughtfully executed. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, when you could find them, especially Rodrigo who gave us an excellent breakfast location recommendation.

Some parts are still under construction including social areas. None of this was mentioned on the booking.com website and even the name of the hotel was different than the booking, making it confusing. The lobby was locked and closed most of the time and they have an annoying AI host who continuously contacts you via text and gives you inaccurate information. It was a bit invasive in my opinion caused us to go in a wild goose chase for a pool table that didn’t exist.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend going now to take advantage of the special rate while construction is underway. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We were initially concerned about potential noise from the construction, but they did an excellent job separating the construction area from the rooms available for booking. The location is right on Bodega Bay Beach, and since we mainly came for clamming, it was perfect for catching the low tide. The room is spacious and well-designed. Just perfect for a couple's coastal getaway!

This property is currently a work in progress and they are discounting the current rate substantially as things are in progress. I was given a newly renovated Deluxe King and it is spacious with a very comfortable bed and walk in shower. It had a view of the Bay and a small balcony with a sunset view. I liked it so much I extended for an extra day to discover more about the area. The on site manager Lisa made sure I was able to stay in the same room and she is a very nice person too. She said not to worry and to "keep on living!"

As many rooms are still under renovation, it can be noisy between 10 and 4, but I wasn't really in my room much during working hours. The shower has a glass partition that only covers half of it, so be sure to ask for an extra floor towel or two. Not sure if they will add on to cover more of the shower or if that is the aesthetic. I know that this hotel will probably double in price when all rooms are finished and the hot tub is up and working, so I took advantage of the current offers...well worth it despite it being a work in progress!!

Great location, pleasant newly refurbished room with a good mattress.

Despite the fact we stayed three nights, there was no room cleaning or fresh towels. The shower design is ridiculous. The glass to keep water in the shower is opposite the back half, away from the shower head. This means that water splashes all over the floor no matter how you try to avoid this. Water soaked the bath mat, which did not dry in their moist environment. We did get an extra by going to the office during its short opening hours.

The location was fantastic, very close and central to many hiking trails, beaches, and restaurants. Perfect for our weekend plans.

The cleaning solutions used to clean the room was excessively strong—it took 2 full days of us opening our windows upon check in and throughout the weekend to air out the odor. I felt sick the first night due to how strong the bleach odor was…we slept with our windows to air out the room but it didn’t really go away until 2 days later when we checked out (Sunday).
