Liked full-size fridge with icemaker; it was a cold fridge, nice. Could crack the window for fresh air. Liked having cabinets and drawers for food and dishes. The store had dishes for those who needed them and had lots of variety: things you might have forgotten and wanted to snack on.

Walls were thin. The TV wasn't on a rotating foot; had to physically shift it (potential for accident). Bathroom sink was slow and then stopped up (but we neglected to mention that to staff). Cleaning schedule was not consistent. Currently (Feb 2024) surrounded by construction of another hotel. Staff had no quarters for laundry; so, we did it elsewhere.

The room was perfect! Super clean and everything was so modern and sooo nice! I would definitely stay here again! It was so cute with a little kitchen which was fully equipped! It had a little stove, full size microwave and full size fridge. One pan and maybe a pot would be a nice addition but at least you can always buy a cheap one when staying longer. They also had a few frozen microwaveable meals in their little convenience store among other snacks. Something for everyone for sure. I would definitely stay here again! There is some construction going on around it so it’s a little bit of an odd view when first pulling in but the view from the room was very pretty! Snowed over mountains and all!

Location was perfect for our activities. Easy access. Plenty of parking. Not a fancy hotel, but it was very clean. The room had a kitchen with stove & refrigerator, but not stocked with dishes, silverware or pans. Bed was comfy. Nice pillows. I have stayed here before and would stay again.

Oh...a pool and hottub, workout room and free breakfast would be nice amenities, but then I could have stayed next door to get those.

Seeing people washing the front door glass and doing general maintenance it's obvious this place is kept up. Nice front desk people, clean well-stocked room. Recliner in the room was a huge plus. Only complaint is that my room was next to the side entrance and whenever anyone went in or out and that door slammed shut it rattled my door, my cat, and me.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nicely equipped with full kitchen.

The address provided by booking.com is not even close to being accurate or helpful. Please fix this for future customers. The internet and cable in the first room I was checked into did not work. I was moved to a second room where the internet worked but was very slow. The cable and the refrigerator did not work initially, but staff came to the room and fixed both of those issues.

I love how helpful the staff was about checking us in early without any complications. We flew in for a family wedding and didn't realize there was two My Place Hotels. We ended up at the wrong one first and before realizing we were at the wrong hotel, the staff said they don't allow guests to check in early. We then found out we were at the wrong hotel. When we got to the right My Place Hotel, not only was it closer to the venue, they immediately helped with an early check in for just a $30 fee. They saved the day in our eyes. Going on two hours of sleep, slept through the alarm and didn't get a chance to shower before leaving for the airport, getting denied an early check in to find out we were at the wrong hotel, to giving up hope that we can make it on time to the wedding. Thank you My Place Hotel for helping us make it to our family wedding a little easier. Highly recommend and plan to go back to this Hotel if we're ever back in Salt Lake City

Super convenient to riding the tracks into downtown. Safe area. Loved having a refrigerator.

There was some issues with my early check in because their Internet was down. But they were able to check me in just took a little bit longer than expected. I was grateful that they were able to work with me.

The bedding was soft. There is a full sized fridge, microwave and stove-top. The bathrooms were modern and there was a large mirror on the door for checking yourself out after grooming.

Construction next door was an eyesore and the room we stayed in (with my service dog) smelled like DOG. I understand that being a pet friendly hotel means that you would like to minimize the number of rooms with pets in them. However, there should be a special process for cleaning the rooms to ensure they don’t get “dingy”. Also, be aware that even though the rooms have a full size fridge, microwave, and a stove-top, they do not have utensils, dinner-ware, or cook-ware. But, you could by them in the lobby! Oh, and 1 of 3 working washers and a dryer that needed to be repeated because it didn’t dry our clothes fully.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in this area. Other hotels in the area had bad reviews so do yourself a favor and pay the extra $25 a night for this place. The rooms have a kitchen too, so you save money on eating out anyways. The rooms were very clean and everything was perfect, AC ran cold and water ran hot.

They didn't have a breakfast for the hotel it was only if you bought it which I was not expecting bit all in all it was great

The woman that was doing check outs of the hotel was extremely disrespectful and rude to guests as she was telling them to get out of the room they had to leave .....paying customers should never be talked down to like that she shouldn't have a job...
