Location is perfect, 5 mins from the ruins, and restaurants etc. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. We loved the balcony, although not a great view. The staff were so friendly. Can’t fault them at all.

The kitchen was tiny, and just about functional. No kettle, no parring knife, no oven, no cloths to wipe down. No real basic cooking products (apart from oil. Expect there to be salt, pepper coffee, sugar etc. So you don’t have to bring absolutely everything.

Parking was tight but available. The location was superb. Very close to Pompeii Ruins and main street. Host was available and very organized and friendly upon arrival - always available to help.

Room was a bit tight for a family of 4. No microwave. Lots of stairs but that is not their fault. Hard to get out of the parking lot on the last day because everyone was parked everywhere. A bit far from grocery store.

It was easy to find and very close to 2 entrances to the Pompeii site. Receptionists were v helpful and it was lovely to have a small balcony outside to breakfast on. There is also a garden at the back. Comfy bed.

Nothing to do with the place, but it was a fair distance from Pompeii town, though a Carrefour supermarket, restaurants & a cash machine were nearby. The kitchenette was small and lacked essentials such as a bottle opener and wine glasses, though I only had to ask.

Excellent location for visiting the Pompeii ruins. Views of Vesuvius and the site entrance from our hotel room! We stayed one night and were able to check in very late after tea in Naples. We were then able to leave our car in the hotel car park while we visited Pompeii the next day.

Would benefit from a lift to upper levels, but apart from that it was perfect for our purpose.

Close to Pompeii archeological site, easy walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Safe and clean space. Quiet as long as you close the door between the bedroom and kitchenette. The stay has slightly softer beds than most our other stays.

If you leave the door open between the room and the kitchenette it is very load with road noise and train announcements. This is an easy fix by just closing that door.

The property was in an ideal location for what we wanted to do (only a 5 minute walk to the ruins and Pompeii Scavi station). The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and overall great value for money.

The shower was a bit dated but clean and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as some but overall it was a lovely studio apartment.

Rosa and Alexandra at the front office were most helpful with our excursions. We did some research before arriving but with all the options online didn’t know what would work best for us. We decided to go to Pompeii and hope for the best. The best is what we got! Thanks girls. They got us a tour of the ruins (that was cheaper than what is offered by the tourist stands near the front gate) and we got a personal guide too – not part of a larger group. And they connected us with a service that drove us to Mount Vesuvius on the same day we arrived. They also offered a 10% discount at Coupon at a Roman themed restaurant across the street: We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there.

Has nothing to do with Villa Flora: Stay away from the coffee shop at the hotel next door. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! 9€ for a cup of coffee!!! (Come si dice “tourist trap?”) We order two cups of coffee and sat outside to plan our day out. When we went in to pay, we were charged 9€ for each cup. We were told if we stood at the bar it would have been cheaper. Yes, we know this. We actually live in Italy, but up north. In a normal (honest establishment) it might cost an extra Euro to sit at a table. You’re better off making coffee from the mocha pot and coffee grounds Villa Flora offers inside of your room.

The staffs was very helpful! The room was clean and wasn’t missing any commodity; balcony was fun touch to catch the sunset at night. The location is great, close by the bus stop/ metro station and there’s many restaurants and grocery stores around the area that made this location ideal.

The hotel is on a very busy street so it was noisy at time and during the evening/night, but we slept very well even with the noise.

Loud at some points in the day due to being close to the train station and a busy road. We could hear the train announcements very clearly from our room.

Location is perfect. 5min to Pompeii scavi station and 5min to gate of Pompeii park. Staff super friendly. The room has small Kitchenette.

Shower doesn’t always have hot water. Toilet does not work.
