Staff were all great! Especially Robin (spelling might be wrong) at the front desk. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was pretty & comfortable- open, lots of light, spacious, and great shower!

I believe coffee/tea should be complimentary especially in the morning and especially in a 5-star hotel! The dining staff at first were not accommodating. I did not want the full buffet and so they weren't sure if I could have coffee. It was sorted out in the end but hopefully their process can improve in this area. Also, I lost my mac laptob computer charger before arriving and as a 5-star hotel, my expectation is that 5-star Hotels are prepared to help their guests with all tech needs. But, they could not help me.

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We must mention Rishi at reception. He gave us excellent service - offering us advice re a daytrip to Ooty, ordering taxis when we needed them and changing larger notes to allow us to pay our taxi fare. He speaks excellent English, is very customer-focused and certainly contributed to making our stay more enjoyable. Thank you Rishi!

The restaurant service was a bit slow. That said, the front of house staff were very attentive and did what they could while we waited for our food.

I liked pretty much everything. Loved the male guitar singer in the lounge that evening. He sang me all my favourites... Paint my love and Oh! Carol.. Nothing he didn't know. Thoroughly enjoyed him. But my highlight is the young girl, Priya, Priyanka of the security team. What a beautiful human she is. Such a clever girl too. Her smile and her happy demeanour and banter when I talked to her made my stay at ITC worth it all. Absolutely loved her. She has got a talent which when cleverly identified, mentored and nurtured and put to used she would be a great asset to yours or for the matter any organization she works for. I wish her all the best in all her future endeavours.

The buffet breakfast. It was OK. Average. But it cud be a lot better w.r.t authentic taste of all that is on offer.

Hotel was clean, accessible and staff were friendly. Even though we were a little early, the hotel accommodated our request for early check-in (which was great with senior citizens)

the cost of room service and restaurant was extremely extravagant. Just because there are more stars attached to your hotel does not mean you can charge exorbitant rates. For example, a cup of tea and coffee was 800 rupees. the fact was that it was not even great tasting and was sent 40 minutes after ordering. I understand hotels tend to charge more, but the management needs to be reasonable. I will definitely find an alternative hotel if possible.

We only stayed one night in March, en route to the Aanamalai/Parambikulam Reserve but we felt this modern hotel provided outstanding value. It is located in a safe and well maintained area of the city. Our room was well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. We encountered no mosquitoes during our stay. The rooftop pool was very welcome (no lifeguard but it's only 4ft 6in deep), and the loungers were excellent for resting or sunbathing. The fitness room was well equipped and the restaurant with adjacent bar comfortable and well organised. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty, and dinner was very reasonably priced. The staff (including the restaurant staff) were notably keen to help, well trained and sensibly deployed, working well as a team. One of the waiters happily opened the bottle of wine we had brought for consumption in our room, and provided us with two empty wine glasses. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and we noticed that one of the staff communicated in fluent sign language with a single customer who had little or no hearing. This hotel was among the best three of the 17 we stayed at during our tour of south India, but was also among the five lowest priced - a great achievement. Well done to all staff, and especially the well-focused senior managers.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay, good facilities, bathroom's are clean and well maintained, facilities are okay, Value for money Hotel, partially it feels premium as well.

The breakfast was not at all good and not a value for money thing. Number of choices are limited. For this Price in some other hotels the choices are more and food is filling and better as well. I went for a paid breakfast and I regret paying so much for a normal break fast. I could have spent 1/10th and had from Arya bhavan or any near by veg restaurant

Breakfast spread was nice. However the location of fruits and fruit juices was not easily noticable. No sign board either. Neither your staff members giving information without asking. Even after asking, your staff just informed that it is near bar counter assuming I know the location of bar counter. He should have actually taken me to the place. Atleast once your staff mixed up the order.

I have stayed at this property in the past also. The service is just excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and their pillows are pure magic. I should say I have never had such a comfortable sleep anywhere else. The front desk was managed by Kiran , If I remember his name right. He was extremely courteous. He booked a taxi for me in the morning at 3 am or so for my trip to the railway station. This property always exceeded our expectations.

Quick retrieval of a returning guest details during check in is something that can be considered. Rest everything is just fine.

The location is convenient to get to/from the train station, and the hotel is located back from the street reducing noise at night. The hotel is new and it shows.

The quality of the food at breakfast was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel, and the dosa that we ordered took a very long time, and repeated reminders before it arrived. Additionally, the set-up of the juices being on the opposite side of the dining area from the food meant you had to take multiple trips to get everything.

Location of the property is good. Our request for an early check-in was met. Totally appreciate that.Buffet Breakfast was good but can be better. Staff were friendly. Dinner that we had ala a carte was delicious.

Our room was upgraded but was totally disappointed with the view the room had. The window was dirty from outside and it faced the wall and there was a beehive outside right in the middle of the window..Had to keep the curtains drawn close throughout our stay. We were too tired from our travel to ask for change of room. Quality of Bed linen could be better.The sheets and pillow cases felt rough. The Duvet was too thin.Some of the accent lights were not working.
