Great location. Very clean room, good toilet height and sizeable room with great lightening. Hallways clean good parking and attractive lobby and breakfast area.

Corbin at front desk was awesome. Smoke detector was beeping when we got yo room which was annoying but he came right up and fixed it. Later in the evening the TV remote quit and no one to help lady just gave us batteries at front desk which did not help. No TV after 7 pm until Corbin arrived next morning and he took care of it. Check in was too slow. Breakfast is extremely continental! But inviting if you don't need protein just a lot of carbs. Lots of eateries down highway and gas station next door.

The 12 pm check-out was great I got in after 1 am.The late breakfast was nice. The towels were thick and soft. Which was very nice. The room was cold after a long drive that was very enjoyable.

The AC was loud. The air unit keep blowing up the curtain which was just bothersome. Would like to have had some protein with breakfast selection . By the time I got to breakfast there was only 1 original cream cheese spread even though the main selection of breakfast was the bagels.

I like that the room was cold. I slept really well. The breakfast was fine but not my taste. Everything was clean.

When I first arrived, I stood at the front desk while the two workers were trying to figure out something with an email. Not one of them spoke to me for about three minutes. I just awkwardly stood there waiting. I was not impressed with that. They could have at least greeted me and said we will be with you in a moment. Nope-nothing

The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Great location!

The check in was not pleasant. The man at the counter didn't allow us to check in until 3pm and we arrived at 2pm. We didn't want to stay, just to drop our luggage off and use the restroom before we head back out for the remainder of the day. He literally made us wait until 3pm to check in. There was a towel shortage. We ended up purchasing our own towels from Walmart. The breakfast was great but it has the same options every day. Having different options would add a nice touch to their breakfast menu.

Rooms need to be rechecked before guest(s) arrived, we stay here often and its a good hotel but cleanliness needs to be better and done! bathroom or some where in the room we always come across hair, someone else hair! which means the room is not getting properly clean and wiped down just over top using fabuloso. Bathroom floor was nasty!

Breakfast was okay wish there was more than one waffle machine and the eggs wasn't so great but overall everything else was perfect

I didn't know the hotel was under construction but even though the rooms were nice there was one issue with water in one hour rooms but they resolved that quickly overall the bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit more but still we enjoyed ourselves in the rooms with nice

Room was.fairly good and check-in was simple. Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast, although limited (no protein other than vanilla yogurt) was good. Also love that they have water bottle refillers.

No fitness center. Protein options were super limited. Bathroom vent fan was super loud. Toilet ran a lot, hard to stop.

The room had an issue so I spoke to the desk clerk. He was very accomodating even though he was bit skeptical at first. The new room was a larger so we benefited from it. Later, the same clerk mentioned to me in passing, "it was really loud!" The issue was a running toilet. It ran all night but I shut the door. Problem solved for a while. The door constantly swung open unless you shut it all the way.

Gracious staff! From the front desk at initial check in, the breakfast attendant, the maintenance guy to the maids in the hallway, to the last desk clerk (weekend guy versus the weekday lady) were courteous, kind, smiling and willing to meet my needs at a moment's notice. I can't remember anyone NOT having a smile on their face or a friendly greeting.

Took awhile for the front desk people to help us. The cleaning guy had to let her know we were waiting to be checked in. She was pleasant I think she was just busy so we were fine with it

The hotel was good. The room was good. Needs better tables and cabinets in the room. My table has circles and paint missing. The cabinet with the TV on it you open the door for the fridge it needs attention. ReLly bad. The hotel doors to the rooms some are warped. Big gaps in between the doors and facings. But great prices.
