I had a great time and it exceeded my expectations for the price.

When I was asked to participate in a tour I specifically said that I was not at all interested in a timeshare. They assured me that it wasn't a timeshare presentation but that's exactly what it was. Very disappointed and a waste of my vacation time. I was blatantly lied to.

The grounds were very pretty nice suites the pool area was really nice lots of amenities

Having to go to the time share meeting they were rude and wouldn’t take no for an answer

Staff was great, activities were awesome, on-site theater, games, gameing room, video games, activities to keep the children busy and the 4 in one pool was great!! There is even a zen pool and kiddy pool + a jacuzzi to experience! Rooms were upgraded, we had pool view, large fridge, Netflix, Disney and a host of other things! Thank you for an amazing STAYCATION!!! BEST 3 WKS EVER! Did I mention the arcade? (It's not free but, it's there)

NO COMPLAINTS really. They have multiple layouts for a 1 bedroom so when I booked an additional week we had to move into another one. It wasn't as large and not what I was told it would be. I simply called back and they took care of us NO PROBLEM!! Lived it up here. Thanks guys. .. The arcade could be free or cheaper? 🤷🏾‍♀️ Great Place just come you won't regret it!

Relatively close to Disney. Basketball tennis and multiple pools at facility. However, this is a timeshare facility, and they will try to get you as a member.

Timeshare property and wants a sit down to discuss buying into their facility. I am on vacation. not timeshare shopping

The property is in a great location for all the Disney parks, without being a Disney hotel. We really were only there to sleep, so it was a great deal for the cost.

We hated that they try to trick you into a lecture on a time share. After checking in, they send you to another person to get your parking pass, then that person lures you with a “gift” of a free stay or a $150 rebate in the form of a lunch with a timeshare lecture. But first you need to give them $40 to “hold your place”. It wasn’t until after I signed for the lunch, that I realized what they were doing. It was all VERY slimy and when we didn’t have the time to make the lunch we were just out $40! Also, the towels and sheets are HORRIBLE. They are so rough.

We put in 2 very long traveling days and were ready to get checked in and rest and relax. The desk staff was so kind. . .and quick. But we were sent to get our parking pass across the room and we were pressured by them to attend a breakfast the next morning and our stay would be zero dollars if we went to the breakfast meeting. To us and our entire group this was annoying. They really pressured us and we kept trying to just get our parking pass. . .but they kept at us!!!!! That was upsetting. As the rest of the family checked in they asked if we had to listen to customer service pressure us? ALSO. . .A guest in the parking lot asked if we were cornered into listening to the speel also????

The staff was polite but Destiny was AWESOME ! She went above and beyond!! View from the balcony was beautiful Florida marsh land...

4 o'clock check in and 10 am check out is not right!! I understand that they have more people coming in but we pay allot for the room and deserve time to enjoy our stay. We were told we could check in early but forget that... Dont try until 4pm. Even then room was not ready.. But Destiny gave us a Beautiful room with a view... 19601A

It had multiple pools for all types of families, our 4 year old had so much fun, also it was 1 mile from animal kingdom. lots of things to do even if your not going to disney but if you are you can Uber there it's so close. Lots of restaurants around, and a very international drive feeling to the nearest place in walking distance. We will stay there probably everytime we visit disney theme parks from hear on out.

The shop in the lobby had a lot of general merchandise and mediocre food, however it was so overpriced, $15 dollar for a gas station burger!!! That's more than Disney charges, and milk is $15 dollars etc, and it's so close to restaurants and a walmart (1/2 mile) it makes no since, and the owner is rude and unpersonable, also they don't charge the room or bring it to you. Avoid that place. Honestly it was the only bad thing.

The size of the apartment,very spacious, amenities, the value, cleanliness, multiple pools, convenience store on property. Perfect location! 3 minutes from animal kingdom and less than 15 minutes to magic kingdom. in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shopping. Target, dollar tree, TJ Max, chic-fil-a, crazy crab, Olive Garden, shopping center less than 2 miles away. This is a hidden gem and we felt very comfortable with everything within arms reach when we needed food, extra clothes, etc.

elevators were old and outdated. the sensor caused the door to keep opening with every little movement. but the steps work just fine. only 2 floors of stairs
