Room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. Everything worked. Beds were comfortable and I had a good night's sleep every time. All appliances worked as expected and Tea and Coffee were refreshed daily. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Reception hours appear to be a bit restrictive, but I am assuming it is a family run business. But I did not have any access problems. Also, I am not sure whether this would increase the price but maybe an increase in breakfast options would be beneficial.

Property located near to CBD. Has facilities for laundry and easy walk to central and main centre. Rooms are decent and pretty great / reasonable for price. Rooms was serviced daily and when asking staff for needs and extra towels, toiletries they always accommodated with a smile and would asked if there was anything else I needed. Service always friendly and with a push of a button someone always responds to you at the reception desk. Grounds are well kept. I found it really comforting to know coming back to my room everyday you get a good night sleep despite the walls being quite thin. (I guess that would depend on the guests at the time). Also travelling on my own towards the end of my trip it is quite a communal place - so I felt safe and it would be good for families. I would definitely stay there again. For the price I found it okay. If you’re expecting 5 star for a cheap price then this probably would not be suitable accommodation for you.
Laundry closed daily at 6pm and opened after 8am there was only 1 washer so timing and being organised to get use of laundry room is a must as 1 machine was out of order. Service was awesome as they accommodated for me not being able to walk up stairs due to an injury. I was quickly relocated to another room. I would have liked a wardrobe in my room for the length of time in Hobart, but pretty satisfied for what I got as I got a good deal.

Staff were super friendly and efficient, room was spotless, had a comfy bed and had everything we needed. Most importantly the water pressure in the shower was great! 😃 It was so cool being able to go up into the tower and have a look at the view! Traffic noise wasn't too bad either despite being close to the highway - the convenience of location, room quality, price and staff made the stay great.
Nothing negative to say other than it's a pity the dining room is closed as it's a beautiful old room/building, but there's plenty of food options close by/Uber eats so it's not hard to find a feed.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Cleanliness, service of superb standard. Location also quite convenient. Ample parking even for my long van. Will book here again next time in Hobart.

Room was quiet, spacious. Good natural light. Shower head was excellent. Handy that it had the sofa for placing bags and other items. Was given extra bedroom with 3 single beds but that was unnecessary, so I hope a family didn't miss out on being able to book at this accommodation. Loved the handy location, between CBD and New Town 24x7 shops, and close to Nth Hobart dining precinct, and there was always good onsite parking available.
Queen bed was unfortunately sagging on one side, so probably mattress has never been flipped - time to swap it out. It didn't make sense to me that the room had a kitchenette with bowls, cutlery, cups and glasses (no plates), however there was no dish cloth nor sachet of detergent provided. Room perhaps needed a set of drawers or shelves as there wasn't really anywhere to place unpacked luggage, but then maybe this motel is mostly booked for short stays (?)

The instructions for access to our room after hours were very clear. The room was exceptionally clean, but since our stay was the beginning of winter, we would have appreciated an electric blanket on the bed. The air conditioner warmed the room quickly though. The towels were large, soft and changed daily. Breakfast is not offered, but the room is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Our room had a view through a stain-glassed window to Mt Wellington (kunanyi). Access to the top of the tower was fun for sensing the history of the reception area and providing a vista over Hobart city, and the Derwent River.
Our stay would have been perfect if there was an electric blanket on the bed.

I have stayed here on and off for decades. It is conveniently located just off the main road into the city, yet well insulated, so quiet and comfy. Window(s) can be opened--a priority for me. The rooms are always very clean and well thought out, with everything needed for one's stay. (There is even a coin-operated laundry on the premises.) This motel offers good value for money.
The shower was compact (although there was plenty of ready hot water) and the television volume was not easy to adjust slightly; but these are tiny details.

The room was a great size for two people, and all the usual amenities were present: hot water jug, mugs, coffee, tea, microwave. The room was relatively modern, with a comfortable colour scheme that allowed us to relax.
The shower was ok for me, but my husband (who is tall) found it a little cramped. I thought the mattress was a little hard, but my husband didn't mind it. There was only the big bright light in the room; it would've been nicer if there had been a lamp or a dimmer light.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Daily room service was great, the room was clean, and it had almost all the amenities we needed.
Laundry is only available during office hours, therefore it's hard to use if you leave early and return late. Also, only one of the two washing machines was working. It would have been great if the room had hand soap, dishwashing liquid and a few more hangers that could be handy when staying for a couple of days.
