Great location, staff were friendly and helpful and the windows opened. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed being so close to the centre of town and all the restaurants.

The shower was ridiculous. It needs a curtain put in or the floor floods. Everyone else remarks on this, so I’m not sure why it hasn’t been fixed? It would also need ac in the summer. A fan wouldn’t be enough. The room is up 3 floors, so if mobility is an issue or your bag is too heavy, this is not for you.

The stay was great. The staff and the room were perfect. We were worried due to some bad reviews but it exceeded our expectations.

The door to the building was very difficult to open and took a few moments of wiggling the key. Also the wifi did not reach the bedroom.

Perfect location, right in the city centre just couple of minutes to the old town. Foodstores and restaurants are all around. Room was warm. Very good water pressure in the shower inside the room. Clean. Very friendly administrator - let me leave my luggage earlier and also was eager to organize its transportation to the location ( i checked-in at another location, 6 min away from the Viva Rooms). Kettle, tea , soap in the room.

I had a room with the shower. Smell of canalisation in the room. 2.floor without elevator may be problematic for people with disabilities. Old doors do not provide any sound isolation.

Great room a ten minute walk from the railway station and two minute walk into the historic and picturesque centre of Ljubljana. We had a great stay here with the staff making it easy to get access to the quite spacious apartment. Clean and tidy with everything you need except a laundry. This is an excellent, very central location with the only negative being there is no lift but as it's only on the second floor it not too hard to get your bags up to the room.

10 for location- road is also quiet, so no disturbance from outside. Staff is very obliging, checking every day if we need something and very responsive. Unit is, light, spacious, but bedroom tight. A bit dated and can do with some tlc and uplifment.. On second floor, Comfortable staircase, no lift. Comfortable bed. Linen ok, towels thin. Shower ok. Large fridge- no freezer. Large zinks. Ice cold water in tap. Two bins- very good.

The room is clean, big, and the location is exceptional, close to the Ljubljana Cathedral, the bus and train stations, and it is possible to visit several tourist places by foot. The beds are comfortable. The free Wi-Fi worked fine. The staff is polite.

There is no minibar in the room to store cold beverages or perishables. The front desk has limited hours, check the guesthouse policies in the website (https://www.viva-rooms.com/). As the rooms are located in an old building, there is no lift. So, you will need to carry your luggage upstairs.

Impeccable location - the greatest asset of the accommodation. It makes the price make sense. The rooms are simple, but quite modern.

You have to ascend three floors with your luggage without an elevator. But this was not as a major problem for us as the smell from the bathroom. During the few days of our stay it got progressively worse, to the point that it was overwhelming at the last day - you couldn't stand being in the bathroom. If they were to fix that, it would make the rooms an amazing choice.

The location couldn't be more convenient, between train station and city centre. The studio is spacious and comfortable, with good sized lounge and separate bedroom. Saying that, if traveling as couple or family, storage space might be an issue, but just for myself there was plenty of space. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay, bathroom is tiny but clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I've been working remotely for few days and really appreciated the spacious table, comfortable chair and good wifi.

Viva rooms are located on 2nd floor, without lift. No issue at all for me, but good to keep in mind if having mobility issues. The studio is just at the main entrance and next to reception, and with no soundproofing I could hear everything going on. Probably not a problem for someone who's out and about during the day. All in all rather minor things, I really loved staying there and I've added the place to my list of accommodations when I'm visiting Ljubljana.

Perfect location and very kind staff. Great communication. The room was quite big and got all the necessary facilities.

The bathroom was weirdly with the shower too close to the WC and there was no curtain or glass to avoid the water flooding the floor, despite s big drain. After the first shower stunk a lot of wet and mouldy

Nice comfortable large room. Has a kettle, and can sleep 5 in the room. Bathroom and rooms were clean. Lots of space. Large room. 2 king size beds. And a couch. Shower was very nice. Location is very good. The staff was very friendly helpful and a big help and guide. It is 2 storey walk up, but it's a good stay. Will stay there again.
