Five-star hotel and restaurant at a reasonable price of 4 stars. All is new and well-designed. Great a-la cart breakfast at a restaurant. Very convenient location making accessible all major city sightseeings. Thank you very much to Isna, hotel administrator - that is a gem of the hotel, who makes your stay unforgettable!

Different quality of breakfast preparation based on which shift you are served. At the 1st day of my stay, the dishes were nicely done and served, on the 2nd day I had absolutely different experience of dish preparation and food assortment. From great to good.

The bed was fabulous! Breakfast was great & the position of the hotel in the centre was perfect. We were also given an upgrade to a larger room with windows.

Our friends stayed in the windowless room and it would have not been pleasant to spend 7 days in it.

The hotel is cute and boutiquey, our room was smaller but the finishes in the room and the bathroom were beautiful. The breakfast was unreal, can’t recommend this enough, it’s worth it just for the breakfast!! Location in the old town is great, a short walk to everywhere.

The staff was very nice

The music wasn’t appropriate for the type of establishment, especially during breakfast (Michael Jackson, Madonna, etc… classical or jazz are easier on the ears when you are waking up)

Everything‼️ overall Position in the Old Town right on side of the River > with a St behind it that goes into a Square eventually = 2 entrances from either side of the hotel. Rooms were comfy & very clean Not overly large, but ok. Our's overlooked the River Bank which was lovely, bit noisy @ nt sometimes from the music & concerts for Christmas 🎄 But we weren't bothered by this. This Position is especially perfect for Christmas season The breakfast style was Fabulous & a nice change to the usual Buffet, as it was Al là Carte > it was a bit slow some mornings but not a real bother at all 😊 Staff were warm & welcoming, as helpful, especially the lovely young Receptionist [from Bali] who went above & beyond with her care for Us; We'd happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

NOTHING at All

The hotel is excellently located, right in the heart of the city center, within the pedestrian area. It offers an "à la carte" breakfast with a variety of healthy options. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The fact that the room I stayed in didn’t have a window was a bit strange for me. However, this issue was addressed with an artificial system that simulates a window. In fact, I didn’t spend much time in the room, as I only used it for sleeping, and the bed was excellent. :) I also want to mention that the hotel took the care of informing me in advance that I would be staying in one of these interior rooms and that I could have chosen another one for an additional charge per night, so it wasn’t a surprise. It was my choice.

Honestly, I rarely experience such a warm welcome. I arrived at the hotel around 5 AM, exhausted from the trip, and the staff greeted me kindly and even offered me a cappuccino – on the house, no charge. Although check-in was officially from 2 PM, they got the room ready early and let me in around 6 AM, which really meant a lot so I could rest. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable – everything I needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable, and they even helped me organize my trip back. As a nice touch, I also received two chocolate candies as a small gift – a simple gesture that says a lot. All in all, I felt at home. Big compliments.

Location was superb! Our room was really good, nice view of the castle and the best comfortable bed!!! The rainshower was fantastic. The receptionist during our check in was so friendly, approachable and accommodating, hope i got her name right, Isam? I even got a present as it is my birthday!

One breakfast, the staff was a bit rude in addressing when we sat on one corner of the restaurant, didn't realize it was " reserved " .. saying, "hey guys these tables are not to be use " . We weren't offered a tap water. Nevertheless, overrall, we enjoyed our stay .

A fantastic hotel! The location is simply wonderful - on one side it opens directly to the riverbank and on the other to a popular cute little shopping street with patisseries, chocolateries, and wine shops (it is opposite Fetiche!). It was basically close to pretty much all the sites, restaurants, cafes, and the central market. In the end, that proved very important because we were there for the rainiest weekend we've every experienced. So whenever we got too wet and cold, we popped back, enjoyed the cosy room with the beautiful view, took a hot bath, or went to the cafe restaurant area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and available. For vegetarians: there is no breakfast buffet, but an a la carte menu. It is not extensive, but everything we had was truly lovely. There weren't many vegetarian or vegan options, but whenever we asked for a modification (switching meat out for cheese, adding an egg, getting an extra serving of fruit), it was never a problem! So it actually worked out beautifully. We would 100% want to come back!
