Five-star hotel and restaurant at a reasonable price of 4 stars. All is new and well-designed. Great a-la cart breakfast at a restaurant. Very convenient location making accessible all major city sightseeings. Thank you very much to Isna, hotel administrator - that is a gem of the hotel, who makes your stay unforgettable!

Different quality of breakfast preparation based on which shift you are served. At the 1st day of my stay, the dishes were nicely done and served, on the 2nd day I had absolutely different experience of dish preparation and food assortment. From great to good.

The bed was fabulous! Breakfast was great & the position of the hotel in the centre was perfect. We were also given an upgrade to a larger room with windows.

Our friends stayed in the windowless room and it would have not been pleasant to spend 7 days in it.

Such a beautiful and stylish hotel in beautiful location. It has a boutique hotel touch to it - very beautiful and a sense of cozyness to it. All staff is very competent, super friendly and supportive. A real pleasure! Very comfortable, very clean and beautiful rooms with wooden floors, amazing bed, very nice bathroom, wonderful rainshower. All over very high quality materials. I was staying on the 5th floor and super liked the feeling of staying under the roof, with views of the castle. The room was very quite. You do not hear other guests. Have stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed my stay.

The location was the best that could ever been !! Amazing !!! The beds were so comfortable and the linien had an excellent quality

1. Our room was tiny ! We chose the one with 2 double beds , we supposed there were 2 private rooms but it was actually one room developed in two floors . No actual privacy among them and not enough space for our baggage 2. The balcony from the river side had black semi high walls all around , it was not at all appealing for relaxing out 3. The window - balconies on the castle side had not enough space to chill with your coffee or tea there . 4. The general cooling system of the upper floor didn't work so we used the air-condition, which was bothering the other "room " 5. The breakfast was with an ala carte menu . The food was enough , and the quality was ok, but still not what expected

My wife and I stayed at The Hotel Ljubljana for two nights. It is perfectly located in Old Town Ljubljana. Third party parking was available offsite, roughly 10 minutes away, across a conveniently located bridge that spans the Ljubljanica river. We approached the hotel from the river side, which we later realized was the back side. Because they have a restaurant on that side we had walked right by before quickly realizing that we'd missed the street number. Soon we were checked in. Our clean, spacious and comfortable room was waiting for us, and so was the beautiful city. Breakfast was included, and we ordered from a menu. The front door opens to a major pedestrian street, giving easy access to shopping, restaurants and everything else the Old Town offers. Mornings found us leaving the hotel on the back side so that we could enjoy riverwalk, just outside. We would be happy to return!

Location on the river and close to main square meant everything was in walking distance. A la carte breakfast and dining in The Restaurant were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the feel of a small boutique hotel rather than larger hotel. Relaxing and restful decor and lovely renovation of older style architecture. We were also given an upgrade of room which meant we had a windows.

Loved the bath but a safety bar/handle would have been better for older guests. Another panel of glass along the shower- preferably hinged - would have meant less water on the floor. Toiletries and shower gels were great.

The hotel is cute and boutiquey, our room was smaller but the finishes in the room and the bathroom were beautiful. The breakfast was unreal, can’t recommend this enough, it’s worth it just for the breakfast!! Location in the old town is great, a short walk to everywhere.

Really lovely hotel, we had a great stay and would return. The location was amazing, right in the old town and easy to walk to everywhere. The room was very modern and comfortable as was the bathroom. The atmosphere was very nice and facilities were excellent. The staff on check in were welcoming and gave us a glass of sparkling wine.

The restaurant was advertised as extremely high quality and beautifully presented food. This included the breakfast menu, unfortunately my breakfast came without some of the advertised ingredients so I had to ask for them, and didn’t look very appealing (see photo). We didn’t have dinner there though so can’t comment on that. When I asked the staff about nuts in food due to allergy one of the female hotel staff members was quite rude as though I was an inconvenience which was a shame.
