We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Bloom Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located, at walking distance from the city centre and near cute, local shops and Michelin star restaurants. The street in front of the hotel is residential, so there is heavenly silence. The bed was our favourite feature from the room, very very comfy. Also, the walk-in shower and the l'Occitane products were very much appreciated. At first glance, the breakfast may seem scarce in diversity, but it has everything you could think of, and the inner courtyard is the perfect set-up for every morning.

I couldn't find a fault anywhere.

Perfectly located within the old city of Ljubljana yet at its periphery which enables easy access and pickup by taxis. Esthetically pleasing, excellent AC to cool us on the one hot day we had, clean, wide variety at breakfast, including vegan options and wheelchair accessible as there is an elevator. Friendly and very helpful staff. A perfect stay!

Everything was great

Clean, comfortable and lovely vibes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and tasty. Free coffee and tea available anytime. Excellent location walking distance from anywhere in the old town area and the castle. We’d stay here again any day!

The doors to the room could be more soundproof and stable because our door rattled with people walking past and we could hear the music and talking in reception area. The shower did not have a high place to put the handheld shower so you had to wash you hair bent over or hold the shower by hand. But the shower screen and floor did not contain the water and it went all over the bathroom floor. The heating in the bathroom floor was also patchy with some cold parts and some warm parts.

An absolute gem of a small hotel in a really lovely area of the city - close to all you would want to see, while being in a quiet spot. the breakfast was varied and plentiful and served in a lovely bright dining room. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large sofa, great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the information shared in advance (particularly about parking) was spot on. We would definitely stay at Bloom Hotel again if visiting Ljubljana in the future!

As many guests have noted, the handheld shower is tricky and messy. If they sorted this out (easily done, surely?), I would give them a perfect 10. Not that this would stop me staying at Bloom again though! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the excellent and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly set the tone for my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the daily breakfast. The cook is talented, offering a wide variety of delicious options that cater to all dietary needs. The room was spotless, with thoughtful touches that made my stay even more comfortable. It was clear that they have considered everything a guest might need, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location is unbeatable. Situated in a very central area, it made exploring the city a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Super cosy boutique hotel in the old town - great location! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lady at reception (I think Maria) helped us call ahead to Skocjan caves to double check if it was sold out, which it was, saving us a long trip that could have ended in disappointment. Instead she provided a discount for us to the Postojna caves which was much appreciated! Gentleman at breakfast was also incredibly service-minded, preparing our coffee every morning, and catering to my wife's dietary needs. Very nice air-con in the room as well which was exactly what we needed after hot days in the August sun.

Very minor comment that the shower in our room did not have a curtain or any other way to stop the bathroom getting very wet during a shower.

The staff is super welcoming and gave us suggestions, booked our taxi and was overall very friendly. The location is very central and the property seems recently renovated, the whole space looks good and is very comfortable.

The shower makes absolutely no sense: it is just a hand wand that can't be attached at a high position. Which means that you either have a spray of water a bit above waist level or that you always need to hold the tiny showerhead in your hands. I thought it was bad but for my girlfriend to wash her hair it was even worse since it was impossible for her to use both hands. To make matters worse the shower cabin has no doors (which is not always a problem), leading to the whole bathroom flooding - which clearly was not just our issue since you could already see the damage the water caused to the bottom of the door right in front.

Perfect location in the quieter part of the old town, walk up to the castle, great eateries and shops. Very clean, lovely boutique hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. It was in the old town with easy access to everything. Nika and Niko were very hospitable friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great.

We liked the position of the hotel that is situated in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is very neat and stylish. Everything is new including the furniture. As for the room, it was very cosy, clean, neat, bright and spacious. During the night we rested so well, lying on the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever had in a hotel. Continental breakfast was served in a dinning room with a view of a fascinating back yard. The food itself was various (including the menu for the vegetarians), very fresh, delicious and appetizing. Morning coffee and cappuccino were both excellent. The staff was always kind, attentive and gentle, speaking English fluently. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. It's perfect in any way.😊
