Apartments right in the brink of old town, any main attractions is just 5-10 minutes walk. Comfy beds, big room, great location. Got nice recommendations from administrator what to see and where to eat some local food.

I believe AC was mentioned in description, but only a ventilator in a room available. Building is on the corner of high intensity street, so sleeping with windows open was a noisy option. Just an advice for travelers with a car - first park the car, then look for a hotel as there is no access to hotel by car available.

Huge apartment and very nicely furnished. Massive bathroom and fab kitchen with all utensils. Location was amazing, right in the centre of Ljubljana. Lady who checked us in was very friendly.

We found the 8PM check in curfew a huge problem, I think it seriously needs looking at as it causes guests a lot of stress. Our flight time was changed at short notice so we arrived much later than we anticipated. This was made worse when our flight was further delayed in London so we arrived after 10PM. This meant we constantly had to keep emailing the reception to ask them to wait for us plus we had to pay a late check in fee. Through no fault of our own, we thought we may have to book another hotel urgently to avoid having to sleep on the street as they said they would only extend check in to 10PM. I would hesitate to book the apartment again solely due to this policy, it's just not a good way to start your holiday and it seems rather intransigent.

I fully recommend this apartment and let me tell you why. I chose it carefully from other 8+ options in Ljubljana. The location is central but not so much it will be loud during the night, and believe me Ljubljana can be very loud. The building is nice, very old, high ceilings, thick walls. The bed is big and it WOULD be comfortable were it not for the high wooden walls and a low mattress. So it hurts your legs when you sit down, but otherwise very nice. The bathroom is completely renovated and also very comfortable. I found that all the reviews about it being cold were either not true or the problem was fixed. There is also a small kitchen, fully equipped. We didn't use it. The room is spacious and warm and has everything you need. The staff even managed to pass us the keys late in the night though at first we were informed it was impossible. Highly recommended place all in all.

There was a vague unpleasant smell in the room. Somebody came to fix the kitchen sink but I don't think it even was the source of the smell. There was also a noisy company in a room nearby, they came back home at around 1 o'clock in the morning and made noise in the communal hall. I don't think the hotel can do anything about it in general though... Also, the coat hanger would be much handier in the hall before the room, not in the room itself. There is no place to hang your coat and bag when you enter in dirty shoes.

The space was large and comfortable and would be great for a family. Don’t worry about the road noise if the season is such that you can close the windows - the double windows work well to make the room quiet. The kitchen was well equipped.

Only two things - hooks on the wall to hang coats, etc. would be helpful and if the kitchen could have salt and pepper, it would be a nice addition since all the other tools are provided.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus was the bath tub. We got our bed made and fresh towels every two days.

No air-conditioning is usually fine but unfortunately the window is facing a busy road with a lot of traffic and we had to keep it close during the night.

The bathroom was excellent and location was good. Reception staff were veryhelpful, i appreciated luggagee storage for my late flight, i would stay again. A spacious apartments.

The pickup for the keys was too far away for late arrivals A welcome pack of tea coffee cereal and bread would have been excellent and helpful fot latearrival guests. Also an armchair for relaxing.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Zois Apartments. The room was absolutely huge, the decor was gorgeous - wooden furniture, lovely green tiled kitchen and the largest bathroom I’ve ever seen in an apartment. Two sinks, a shower, a huge bath - incredibly spacious and located just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. The staff were very friendly, we were allowed to leave our luggage at about 9am when we arrived. Check-in is usually at 3pm, but we requested an early check-in: the hotel were able to do this and I received a text message from them to say the room was ready for check-in at about 1pm. This was so so helpful, and we were also able to leave our luggage when we checked out, to avoid having to carry it around all day. Staff were very friendly and gave us a detailed explanation of the city when we arrived, with a free map and pointed out all the main sights. Also, just before we arrived, we were sent a PDF from the hotel with a range of different things to do and tips, ranging from recommended restaurants, sights and an explanation of the different amenities in the room. This was a really nice touch and I greatly appreciated this. Thank you Zois Apartments for a wonderful stay in a spacious and beautiful apartment!

It was stated that there was an oven in the kitchen, but upon arriving, we were told it did not work. The gas stove only ignited with a lighter, we were given one by the property but it would have been easier to have a candle-lighter as opposed to a traditional lighter, as these are harder to use to ignite the flame on a gas stove.

Great apartment, located right in the city centre and exactly as described. The studio was very spacious and the kitchen equipped with all the essentials necessary to cook. The staff was friendly and helpful, storing our bags for us until later in the day of check-out.

The wooden floors made a lot of noise to walk on, however this is to be expected in an old building. On the second night (monday), the apartment next to ours (also belonging to Zois Apartments) was clearly having a party with loud music/voices and a lot of cigarette smoke coming into our apartment until 5 in the morning. Even though I sent a message complaining, the reception is closed after 8pm until 10am the next day so not much could be done about this and we simply had to endure the situation...

Great location, very regal feel to the apartment and very large living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen was very well equiped. The king size bed was very comfortable and extremely quiet.

If you rely on the internet and wifi, do not stay here. The wifi is extremely poor.

Excellent position at begining of walking zone with parking close by. River and castle view. Very friendly and forrhcoming staff.

All beds are in one room. We were expecting separate leaving / dining riom with sofa bed. But ok. Outdared filter coffie machine which nobody use. Maybe some Nesspresso would suite better with few complementary coffie pods. Or just few bags of Nesscaffe 2 i 1 amd bottle of water. But there is nothing....
