Communication with the booking staff was always fast and easy. We had a self check in and all info was provided to us prior to our arrival. Room was cosy and everything was provided for us. We loved the cosy kitchen corner by the window which allowed us to do simple cooking. We loved the coffee machine that was provided for us. Room and toilet were clean and wifi was strong. Do note that there is no lift in this building, however we were aware prior to booking. The Vila is located by the road, however, it was quiet and peaceful. It is around 10 to 15 mins walk to the Central area where the shopping streets and sights are all located and it was a nice walk. From the train station, we took a bus and it stops right in front of the Vila. We totally enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. The location is perfect, very close to the city center and easily accessible. The e-reception system worked flawlessly, making check-in a breeze. Parking is well-organized with enough space, which made things very convenient. The rooms were warm, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a family might need. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it!

One small area for improvement would be the internet connection, which wasn’t always stable and had a few interruptions.

We were in the attic apartment on the 2nd floor, everything very clean and equipped. Easy check-in/checkout procedure. The location is quite good, about 10-15 minutes easy walk to the city center, straight down the street. Parking is protected with automatic doors, which is great and nothing to worry about.

As is always the case with loft apartments, you have no view of anywhere but the sky and possibly the street, if you stick your head through the skylight :) Ceilings can be a problem, so you can hit your head on them due to the slope especially in bedroom. In general, it's not an issue, if you are staying for a short time.

The Vila location is at prime spot in the heart of Ljubljana. You will be only 5 to 10 minutes away from all the tourist locations in Ljubljana in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartments look brand new with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The water pressure is really good and everything that comes in the kitchens was clean and ready to use. I really appreciated having a cold bottle of water waiting for me in the fridge after a long road of travel. Above all Vila owner was quick to respond to all my questions and inquiries and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was of the best experience. The location of the hotel is great as its walking distance from the city center. The check in and check out process is streamlined and easy. The hotel has one parking spot per room which guarantees that you will have a reserved place to park. The communication with the host was easy and fast.

When we arrived there was a strong smell. Either it wasn't ventilated properly after the last guests or they use strong cleaning solution. Once we opened the windows for 30 minutes it went away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation! The room was very comfortable, and its proximity to the center of Ljubljana made our visit extremely convenient. The accommodation provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and its location allowed us easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city center. The comfort of the room ensured a restful night's sleep after exploring the vibrant streets of Ljubljana during the day. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the heart of Ljubljana. Enough space to store things, spacious and clean room, very friendly staff, comfortable stairs, close to the city center.

Parking spaces are not respected and when very large cars arrive or park improperly, they do not allow us to take our car out, it was a big problem. They should limit the size of the vehicles (there was a huge van with a bike rack, and another huge van in the middle of the parking lot blocking spot No. 10). The bathroom fan didn't work. If you finish your coffee, they don't refill it.

Modern finishes, simple self check-in, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, automatic sun shades, large comfortable bed, Netflix available, great internet speed, free beverages in the mini-fridge, private secured parking, close proximity to everything, very kind and responsive host.

Nothing apart from our suite being on the second (top) floor and, since we are seniors (70+), we had to carry our bags up some stairs. Not a real issue though. If you are older, request a room on the first floor.

The location is great, very walkable distance to the old town attraction area and easy to get to the motorway. The photos did look more spacious than it is but for a few nights we thought it was ok. Check in and check out was no fuss at all, all comms were dealt with promptly and parking is well signposted.

I think the apartment can benefit with more hooks to hang towels and clothings. This would be helpful for a family that stays more than 2 nights. Maybe some labels on some of the switches will help, especially for the shutters.

The location was fantastic, super easy to walk to all parts of Ljubajana. The protected parking was also a nice bonus. The overall apartment was very large and had good amenities

No elevator and our pregnant friend had to walk up 3 flights of stairs multiple times a day The beds were on the floor and not very comfortable for us, one friend liked the mattress. We had an attic room so the bedrooms had slanting ceilings so you had to hunch over to walk around the bedroom area.
