The "room" was actually an entire apartment. It had a hallway leading to a small kitchen equipped with everything you need, it had a bathroom and a big room, with one king sized bed and another smaller bed for one person. The room also had a desk, where I could work on my laptop, it was great! The breakfast was buffet and it was delicious, contained everything one could want: fried eggs, omelette, fried sausages, bacon, a few types of cheese, a few types of ham and salami and also some fruits. The location is decent, not really far away from the center, about 20 minutes on foot. You can park in front of the house, and there are also some parking places inside their yard. They also let us stay about half an hour over the leaving time of the room.

This was our second stay in Vila Teslova, last time we were here in 2017 and once again we had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The property is very cozy. Homey atmosphere and artistic decor makes it really special. Our room was good, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Ljubljana. The location was perfect—close to the city’s main attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful area that allowed us to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We stayed with our six months old son and we walked to the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and had everything whats needed.

The location was good - about 20 minutes away from the city center by foot. Private parking place!!! The host was kind. The room was spacious and clean. There was kitchen place but we didn't use it. We were offered breakfast but we didn't have time so we couldn't have it.

We arrived at the villa about an hour and a half early and we were offered to pay extra 10 euro to check in earlier or park at the private parking place for free so we choose the second option. That was the only place which wanted extra tax for early accommodation (we made 10-days trip Bulgaria-Croatia-Slovenia-Italy).

The breakfast included was great, the workers were super nice, and the room was spacious and bright. The neighborhood was safe as a solo female traveler, close enough to the city (about 15 min walk). There wasn't room for me to park in the driveway but there was room right outside the BnB on the street, and they paid for my parking.

I was on the first floor facing the driveway, so i wasn't able to open my window curtains without being seen by everyone walking outside. Also the bathrooms are small, and it can be a bit noisy hearing others going in and out of the bathrooms, but this was all expected given the listing and the price. Overall no huge issues.

The wonderful Leonora, who must be the hardest working person I have ever seen! Breakfast was also wonderful.

I did not like the extra charges for early check in or check out, better to have a more flexible touch to guests arrival and departure but I guess this has to be strict due to few staff and logistics. Just wondering why the extra charge if room available. I also didn’t like the bars on the windows which did not open, just wondering if safe in an emergency and it was also very hot in the room with just a fan in the heatwave. Quite far to walk from the central area in the town in the heat.

Location! 18 min walk to the city centre. Free safe parking space. Quite neighborhood. Dogs are welcome 👌🏼 Clean and spacious apartments, all facilities worked perfectly + Airconditioning. We found it perfect for us (2 adults + 2 dogs) for 1 night stay to explore the city centre of Ljubljana.

Breakfast option was pretty early between 8:30-9:30, so we didn’t make use of it. We payed €10/per dog (we had 2) for a 1 night stay, so for more nights it would come out pretty expensive this way.

We enjoyed our stay at Vila Teslova! It was a short walk (15-20min) to the city center. Ljubljana is such a beautiful little city 😊. The apartment was spacious. We were located on the first floor which was good because there is no lift. The breakfast was great! So many options like veggies and fruits and great pancakes and coffee.👍

There was a smell in the batch room from the drain. There could be more cutlery and kitchen utensils (e.g. No small spoons, no board, no kitchen towels). We had to park on the street because our reserved spot was not available but Vila Teslova covered the costs!

I always book a room here when coming to Ljubljana, because the property meets and exceeds all my needs. The B&B is in a quiet residential area not far from the city center (I never use the car to go there). The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The property has enough parking spots for 6 cars, but you can also park on the street and they will pay the parking tickets in your stead for the duration of your stay. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding, both in quality and quantity, and caters for both continental and international tastes - one of the main reasons for my recurring visits to Vila Teslova!

The apartment was spacious and clean, very comfortable. We hadn't planned on having a kitchen space which was really handy. The staff were very helpful with all queries. The location is about a 20 minute walk to town or park Tivoli in a very quiet area, we would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was in a small room with a small area for the selection of food and drink so it got easily crowded. Not a big issue but just to be patient or choose a different time for breakfast - that being said, the breakfast itself was excellent!

Small, cozy place with good breakfast. The selections was simple but we loved it. We really enjoyed it every day. Stuff was really helpful and pleasant. We liked the location cause it was a bit out of the city centre and yet not far away. Place was quiet and homey. Blinds in our roof room were exceptionally good. Hard to get what time of the day with them open.

Improving small things like: toilet seat moving, bathroom had a bit of smell and the fridge was a bit loud. Maybe better bed.
