A cozy hotel, quiet and peaceful, clean. Breakfast is modest, but everyone can find something for themselves. No problem with parking even for van. Just a stone's throw from the city center and restaurants

The sofa bed in the four-person apartment is only suitable for exhausted people who fall asleep and don’t move. If someone tosses and turns during the night, they'll wake up the others because it creaks a lot ;-)

The house was very beautiful, the architecture is good and the furniture nice and eclectic. The parking was just perfect, despite it was not with controlled entrance.

The beds had soft but crumpled sheets, which is not something that I often see. One part of the bed was a bit broken. The towels in the bathroom were very small, just to use for hands. The breakfast was not diverse and in small quality.

Pia, the overall manager and caretaker, was EXCEPTIONAL. She is a one-woman show, responding to Booking.com questions immediately, taking care of breakfast, and managing the check-in and check-out. Amazing. Here speed, courtesy, and professionalism are outstanding. The room has a mobile shower head and a semi-fixed one which didn't work. I told her about it and she was so kind to take care of it. You will definitely enjoy your time in Ljublana if you choose Pia's establishment!!!

Big and clean rooms, nice building. The location was very good with parking and the bus stop is 300 meters away. You can reach the center in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast is very good, maybe a little more variety.

The staff is super friendly and always reachable. We were able to store our luggage after the check out.

We stayed for one night and found the location excellent—close to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, but facing the main road, it was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was a letdown, as most of the food was already gone by the time we got there. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

We felt like in the castle. Very nice building, very good room in comfortable beds.

Breakfast is not good. I was staying with 4 children. Breakfast was from 7:00 till 9:30. We came at 9:10 and there was no omelette anymore, and waiter didn't want to cook more. Very poor choise on breakfast. Kids were hungry after 2 hours in a city.

Staff are very nice, and helpful. It is a family run hotel at a convenient location for me. Room is clean and well looked after. There are convenient stores and busstops nearby.

Breakfast is appropriate for the price but could consider to make some changes with juices.

We liked everything about our staying, Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exelent and the owner was very friendly. We will definitly come back if we need a room in Ljubljana.

Trafic outside by the hotel can be loud.
