The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, even though it was a la carte they were flexible with our requests. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable, the hotel is in a quiet place.

There are electric charge stations as marked for the property. It was not mentioned that they have a fixed rate of 30 euros for electric cars and 15 euros for hybrid cars to charge. There was no floor towel for the walki-in shower cabin

Our stay at Hotel Čad in Ljubljana was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Tucked away in a peaceful location near the beautiful Tivoli park, the hotel offers the perfect blend of tranquility and easy access to the city center (very pleasant 20min walk), ideal for both relaxing and exploring. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome right away. Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. Also the staff were really friendly and professional. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant that has a good selection of traditional slovenian dishes. The 'a la carte' breakfast at their bistro was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also has private parking with plenty of spaces. Hotel Čad exceeded all our expectations. It’s a perfect choice for anyone visiting Ljubljana, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Location is nice and peaceful. With a 20-min walk you can get to the city centre. Room was tidy and clean. Building is in very good conditions. Gostilna nearby serves decent food and the prices are fine.

At 7 AM, both days, suddenly music started playing in the restaurant: ever considered in summer people may sleep with open windows? Staff was "meh" to be honest. Particularly at breakfast: the waitress was not really careful and it took her some 15 minutes to come and get out order (there were just two other tables) and half an hour after that to get a croissant and a waffle. Also, please re-print the menus: they are really used and dirty... it's a four-star hotel.

Very helpful and very nice hosts, a clean, spacious, modern room. A lift is I think the fastest I've ever travelled with. Wi-Fi speed is enormously fast (measured about 350 Mbit/s). A breakfast was included and you choose what do you want from the menu (options are numerous), you get a coffee, juice and dessert beside a main breakfast meal. A parking is free of charge and very big too. Highly insulated windows (triple glass), you cannot hear a rain falling outside with the windows closed. No rollbars, but you can make the room totally dark by using thick curtains. I rarely give a ten, but this place deserves nothing less in my opinion.

If I can find anything that could be a bit bad, it's a noise from the inside. You can hear everything in the hallway and room noises from the hallway as well, but there were no disturbances during the night anyway. Also pillows are a bit thin for my taste.

Beautiful location. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff. Clean. About five euro taxi ride to downtown. Ljubljana was a beautiful city.

Its a hidden gem of Ljubljana.!!I spend there absolutely fantastic time during my business trip. Nicely located among the trees. Rooms are very comfortable, furnished with a nice "touch ". Nevertheless, its a bit outside the city center ,still within 15 min by taxi you can reach a downtown. While staying you can go for jogging or just have a pleasant walk in the beautiful neighborhood. Freshly prepared breakfast on your request from the card. I had a feeling I was staying at my beloved Uncle and Aunt house :) Very friendly staff .Surely I will stay there again if I will return to LJB. Entire accommodation is worth to stay in. Thank you.

Hotel Čad boasts a fantastic location, just a 25-minute walk through Tivoli Park to the city center of Ljubljana. The breakfast was lovely, served à la carte, which we appreciated far more than a standard buffet. Our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and tastefully furnished. However, our view was of a parking lot, so we had to keep the blinds down most of the time. The staff were helpful and polite, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend dining at the nearby Čad Restaurant, which serves local and traditional Slovenian cuisine on a cozy terrace. It’s a better option than the modern Bistro Čad, although that, of course, comes down to personal taste. For those looking to get into the city quickly, downloading a taxi app is recommended, as a taxi ride to the city center costs only between 4.5 and 6.5 euros. Overall, Hotel Čad offers a great blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it a solid choice for a stay in Ljubljana

The rooms here are absolutely impeccable, clean, smart, cool, silent air conditioning, reasonable mini bar, complimentary, water, chili are and toiletries. Very warm welcome, staff approachable and friendly couldn’t do enough. Parking convenient. It’s a 15/20 minute walk into town, but if you want the castle it’s around 40 minutes walk as you need to get accross town. However a taxi to the castle is only 8 euros, coming back it was so hot 35 degrees we were at the old town and it was only 4 euros. The walk is through the park if you choose to walk, very pretty. There is a bistro at the hotel, serving snacks and drinks or a la carte. The hotel so has a Resteraunt next door set in a beautiful garden. Food is average. Breakfast here is a la carte and is from 7am, I would say the breakfast is what let the hotel down the most, we had to have breakfast at 7am due to having to leave early, the staff were still vacuuming and the chef not best pleased at cooking an early breakfast and we were served cold uncooked sausages. I would stay here again, as rooms and staff top notch, I’d just avoid the breakfast option.

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent; one of those large shower heads that replicate warm and heavy rain. The breakfast was great - I had the 'Salmon is King' which comprised smoked salmon in a croissant with scrambled eggs. Sausage, bacon, and eggs or granola were all also on the menu. They included lovely 'touches' such as complementary chocolates left in the room and allowing us to leave the car there for the day after we'd checked out. The walk to Ljubliana is about 30 minutes, but it is a lovely walk through Trivoli park.

The hotel is modern and newly built, situated in a prime location for nature lovers seeking tranquility, while still being just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast selection is diverse, offering plenty of choices. Free parking is also available.

The pillows were too firm, but I didn’t ask for another option—I believe they may offer softer alternatives, possibly feather pillows. Also, even after closing the windows, the noise from the nearby Cad tavern (guests smoking outside) was still quite loud, but didnt last long.
