I booked via phone app just before my arrival. This was a Tuesday evening about 8:30 pm. I had concerns for accessing this hotel because of all the construction on the interstate in Jacksonville. Since it was evening, there was no issue (using Google Maps). The price I paid, considering the basic quality/comfort of the room I received, was an exceptional value. I got a good nights sleep and I was no my way in the morning.

The breakfast station was typical for most hotels of this caliber - horrible. All sugar and starch. Even the yogurt was low fat (i.e., high carbo). I got a coffee with half and half to go with my protein bar and dried fruit I brought to tide me over until lunch.

Me & my boys were going from hotel to hotel trying to find somewhere comfortable to stay until we found an apartment. We went through 2 hotels until we got to this one, and we have been here ever since! I’ve never seen one bug on the inside of this property! Not even an ant! I love that, because I hate bugs. This property is super clean! I don’t sit on toilet seats at all, but I do here. I walk around without socks on & feel as if I’m right at home. They always allow us to get our same room, which helps with consistency & stability for my children. I love it here. I’ve spent close to 1K at this property , if not more and every stay was PERFECT! Everyday I came in to fresh towels, & clean properly made beds. Housekeeping really does an EXCELLENT job staying on top of things. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else here in Jacksonville. To top it off, their breakfast is really good! They have a waffle maker, yogurt, three different kinds of cereal, fruits, muffins, etc. They have so many different options and I love that, especially with my kids being picky eaters. The staff at the front desk make me feel welcome EVERY time I book our room. They go over everything I need to know every time I book as if it’s my first time booking & I love that! To sum it up, they have a washer and dryer. It’s $2 to wash & $2 to dry and that’s a deal compared to the laundromat! On top of that, if you need quarters to wash and dry they have them at the front desk! I can’t thank this hotel enough for being patient with us and treating us with such love and care along our journey here! My boys and have finally been approved for our apartment & we move in Tuesday! Thank You, Thank you, Thank You!! Quality Inn for making our homeless days feel not so homeless!! Everything about this property is a 10/10 for me!!

I loved EVERYTHING!

I came and stayed a week over Thanksgiving, It was a nice place, had breakfast every morning with many options. I would totally stay here again

I didn't like that there was construction in front of the hotel and made it very hard to get in and out of the driveway and would miss it at night. And that the walls are very thin and could hear everything next door and in the halls

The front staff was welcoming. It was very clean linens were clean and free of any bad odors. Breakfast was orderly and had a good selection.

Of course all the road construction, but they can’t help that. Also some of the furniture in the room and mattresses was in need of repair/ replacement.

Was will lit area and great spot on the side of the freeway access. We stay here every time we drive to Texas from Ohio 3 times a year! Have never had a problem! Always a great place to come ! Always Clean and the staff is always welcoming and nice !!

Can not wait for the mail roads to be fixed to access it but other then that nothing was wrong with property always clean and maintained!!

Property was great. Had a quick breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Tv actually worked which is hard to find in Choice hotels.

The construction was a bit ugly and inconvenient at times, but that’s no fault of the hotel.

Very convenient to everywhere needed to go. My house keeper Ira was amazing. I wanted to be secluded but she checked to make sure I was good daily. Also Maddy at the front desk for help with food around the area.

Staff was very organized and professional

The room was very warm when we arrived. Took several hours to cool down which was after we went to bed. Could they turn on AC even at a higher temp when reserved? Breakfast was more limited that most Quality Inns. But what they had was well done and clean.

there is currently a lot of construction around the property making the road a one way road. the visibility wasn’t the best when leaving the property. it’s a little outdated, but overall it was a great stay

Very clean and convenient location. Staff was extremely nice.

The hot water didn’t stay hot very long. Our AC in our room didn’t get very cold and left it feeling damp. The breakfast was a let down and the juice dispenser was broke and would only pour water but wasn’t marked as broke.
