A nice one night stay before heading back home. Despite having short stay, my kids had a blast at the swimming pool. Definitely worth a penny. The front desk staff and other staff are polite😊

The cleanliness of the room & bathroom could be improved. The location is quite far from town and many eateries nearby were closed due to Raya.

Clean, newly renovated hotel. Beautiful lobby and cafe on site. Superb location if you're attending any events at nearby stadiums. They allowed me late check out FOC till 4 pm.

My booking on booking.com includes airport transfer but had to call the hotel upon arrival to pick me up, not pre-arranged by the hotel. Apparently they did not get the message about my arrival. ?Miscommunication between boking.com and hotel.

My booking has been upgraded to a studio suite and we are more than happy to have an early check in after the long journey. Spacious room for our small family of 4. An attractive small theme park for kids & separate swimming pool for ladies.

Nothing. This hotel is clean, and the staff was friendly + helpful. Free parking is quite far behind this hotel but you can opt for a reserve parking lot in front of the lobby with additional charges.

Swimming poo..my son really love it, good staff, fast response and the ambience was so pleasent. Thank you for offering my husband to use hotel loading bay to bring down his motorcycle from Hilux. . Good location also .. nearby stadium. Surely will come again. The room very spacious compare to other room hotels.

The staff were all very helpful and excellent. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable even though the hotel is under refurbisment. The room was very clean but could be improved from time to time. Breakfast was extremely good. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. The F&B Supervisor was very efficient and made sure that the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and the guest's table was always clean. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and as a result, the reservation counter has been relocated to a more distant location. This can be inconvenient for guests who have luggage, as they will have to walk further to reach the counter and car park. However, the hotel does provide concierge services, which can help guests with their requests.

Had a very nice stay at Raiaa Hotel. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Food are varieties and delicious at both the restaurant as well as the kopitiam with affordable prices. Breakfast is also tasty and mixture of local and western dishes. Staff are also helpful and friendly.

Not even dare to open room window (getting some fresh air in) because of a lot of Tahi Burung. I think this is the most red flags for the other visitors whose very particular with hygiene. Hope you can improve.

the staffs were all so nice and very accomodating. the pool was exceptional for small kids. the breakfast spread was out of the world. the room was big and clean and the pillows are fluffy.

during the renovation, the car park is very far from the lobby when you were walking with stuffs and 2 small kids. they should have included a sign for Drive thru/drop in car park at the lobby of some sort for first time Customer. it was under ongoing renovation. we were lucky that we went there during the renovation of the lobby not the pool or else the kids would be devastated.

The location is good, many eateries nearby, but not within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious. The wifi is good and the toilet is superb and wuduk friendly. The hotel pool and kids playing area is good for the children.

The parking lot is quite a distance from the main building which lead to many cars parking alongside the road near the entrance.
