The breakfast was good. We get to savor Terengganu's specialties every day. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is also good and near to Pasar Payang - a must go place if you are in Kuala Terengganu. Parking is also available and easy to get a space for your vehicle. A bonus is that it is owned/managed by Perbadanan Waqaf Nasional Berhad. There are two hotels available. The other one is in Melaka. Would try that the next time we go to Melaka.

The floor in the bathroom a bit slippery. Should have a separator between the two areas in the bathroom, so that the water would not flow to the other side.

The fragrant rice pairs beautifully with a rich, flavorful fish gravy. However, the air-conditioned setting, while comfortable, does slightly harden the rice, a minor flaw in an otherwise satisfying meal. Safe ample parking is provided.

Rooms facing the city side tend to heat up in the afternoon sun, with the air-conditioning needing a bit of time to cool the space to a comfortable temperature.

Location - very strategic (for shopaholic like me.. walking distance to pasar payang..7 mins GRAB to KTCC Staff - very friendly n helpful. Never forget to smile when they saw hotel guest...❤️ Cleanliness - aaa... about this..need to improve.. especially floor at the dining area and pool... Room - comfy...complete facilities for travellers..

TV channel - no channel for kids.. Wifi - signal weak.. often disconnected..but this not causing major problem as i have my own broadband Breakfast - option limited. Plug Point - too far from bed. Not suitable for Traveller who work with laptop as the table provided is small. Lighting - deem light... bad for eyes...

Strategic location, near Mayang mall, the bus station, masjid and airport. Breakfast was nice and has a lot of options. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Some facilities seemed a bit outdated, like the iron, tv and pool. But still usable.

Breakfast was okay however it would be much better if certain dish i.e omelette, baked beans are included.

The location - situated in front of MBKT bus express station, and masjid zainal abidin is just opposite to the hotel. U can also walk to Paya Bunga Plaza for shopping. The staff - very kind, considerate and friendly, they allow me to have early check in because I have to attend my course by 3pm. Really appreciate their help.

A muslim friendly hotel, with spacious room, good working air-condition, in-room ironing facility, tea making facility and very very reasonably priced food and beverages in-hoise restaurant.

Need some refurbishment of fixtures especially in the toilet.

The staffs are so professional and kind. The lobby amd lift area smell so great with the fragrant. The room especially beds are clean and comfortable for the price. The pool is separated between women and men so it is so comfortable for women who wants to take care about her aurah.

I hope the breakfast meals would be more diverse.
