The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The swimming pools are fabulous! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. 2 good bus routes service the hotel.

There were some small things- the balcony door, separating the neigbouring balcony, never properly locked. One of the side lights to the bed didnt work properly. I had to ask for teabags... nothing major but small stuff that added up- particularly for the price I paid...These minor things were fixed, although the door never closed fully... There was smoking on the grounds by the pool- there should be a total ban on smoking outdoors except for a designated area

Ramat Rachel was a great location for us because my sister lives in nearby Har Choma - that is why we chose it. We enjoyed not being in the center of the tumult of Jerusalem for this part of our stay. The pool and kids water park looked great but unfortunately we did not have the time to enjoy the facilities. The lobby was pretty and welcoming. The front desk staff were helpful when needed.

There was construction going on during our visit and the front entrance was completely obscured the day we arrived - we had difficulty knowing where to enter the hotel and drop our bags . More of the entrance area was cleared of construction debris the next day but definitely there was no help navigating this construction area on arrival. Also, our room windows were covered in dust during our stay.

Overall most things were good at varying levels. Pool open late, activities for kids were nice when there were. View was great. Lobby is cute. Generally it was pleasant. Its not very modern but everything looks tidy and clean. Food was mostly good in breakfast The place itself is very nice so can walk around right outside the hotel.

In the pool area which is the Kibbutz country club , there is an entire complex including 1 big waterslide which is nice! But... People were very rude (not sure if hotel guests or kibbutz). You open the sauna door they get annoyed if its open 2 seconds, you get stuck using swimwear washing machine someone shouts at you. That was offputting didnt use those facilities due to nasty feeling. Also on food... they ran out of a few things on first day which was annoying since we added dinner based on seeing that as part of the options.. and it was 1hr before closing not 10 mins. And vegetarian "hot food" part was noodles mostly which is not a replacement for the more highly invested meat. So food was ok but parts were lacking

Great hotel! very nice staff. beautiful scenery all around. the beds in the room super comfortable excellent mattress super clean. our room had a small balcony perfect for sitting for morning coffee or afternoon sun. breakfast was excellent with a big variety to choose from. we had dinner too on a Friday which was excellent no less, highly recommended and will return for sure!!

The property though under renovation it was clean. The service provided at the reception, dining hall and housekeeping was exceptional. Breakfast was good too wide choice. Special mention of Kareen and Daria at the reception they were very helpful. We needed to extend our stay by a day. We needed to print a document. Both Kareen and Daria obliged without any hassle. We were very happy and always go back whenever we are in Jerusalem.

The landscapes need attention. It felt neglected.

Clean, large rooms, excellent breakfast, fantastic sports facilities, very helpful staff. All in all, a pleasant stay.

A bit far out from Jerusalem but not a serious issue. The reception is in a temporary area which on first impression might mislead about the entire place. Happily, this is not the case. Parking a bit limited and fills up towards evening. No towels for hotel guests at the spa.

The pool is amazing especially for kids. The food was very yummy. Additionally there was a whole program for families!!!!

We are very upset at Booking.com as they made our reservation before adding all the fees and VAT. Althought it was an amazing experience, we really couldn't afford the final price. We were unable to cancel and get refunded as we booked last minute.

everything great hotel for kids the kids pool is wounderful .. the other 2 pools are great also the rooms are nice the food is very delicious

the pool opened Sunday at 12:00 it was alittle annoying but they let us stay for late check out the jumpory was ruined by kids and it was shame bevause it is great for small kids and babies

Everything! Super kid-friendly, the pool is amazing (see property photos if you haven't already), breakfast had an insane variety - even if they offered the half, I would still say it was an insane variety. Comfortable rooms, extra activities that we didn't participate in but they sound real nice.

Shabbat elevator!!! We always have to be considerate of the religious but they don't have to be considerate of us - that's just SO wrong (a huge problem in Israel in general). So we stayed close so we can climb up only one floor, but it's supposed to be the other way around - NORMAL elevator, and if you don't want to use it - YOU take the stairs.

I really enjoyed the space I had in my room, the low key family atmosphere, the helpfulness of all the staff, the amazing swimming pool!

Although I really like being away from the centre of things, with all the construction going on for the light rail it took longer than I anticipated to get in and out of town...
