No food services offered. The kitchenette was available and complete.

My only complaint was that the thermostat didn't deliver what it was set for. I needed the room to be warmed up when I returned from being out all day. The first night, there was none. The owner cheerfully reset the circuit breaker. I set the temp to what I wanted, it was more of a heat setting. The room was set for 75, and was at 90 at 2 am. Took a couple of days to learn what setting to use. The owner and daily cleaner very willing to help get things right.

Tucked away in a great corner of the Adirondacks with easy access to Kingston & Poughkeepsie - cozy, clean, quaint, and super comfortable. The rooms aren't "modern," but they're spacious and totally functional. Donna served us delicious breakfast (Saturdays & Sundays) in the property's restaurant. Definitely our new go-to when staying in the area!

Jenny was helpful and friendly. The room was great and it was very quiet - at night especially.

Donna met us and cheerfully upgraded our room to a suite so our so could also stay. She also called to let me know I'd left my tablet behind.

Quite, Parking,, Clean, Pleasant Staff, we wanted a Fridge and Microwave and got it no problem.

The hot water for the shower took about 5 min. to get hot. Be patient. Not a big deal.

Good location for visiting Red Hook and Rhinebeck and exploring that area of the Hudson River Valley. Got a map and local magazine when I checked in, which I appreciated. I was given a bigger room than the one I booked. It had a kitchen sink besides a microwave and refrigerator.

I requested a change of sheets and cover. I thought breakfast was included but not during the week. The place needs a little upkeep but is adequate overall.

Nothing

The place is a dump that hasn't been touched in decades. there is junk piled up on the front porch, the front yard looks like a car junkyard(certaiinly nothing like the pic shown). The hallways & room have 1970's furniture, wallpaper & bedding. The 2 twin beds were so small(more likely just kid size bed) & old and uncomfortable. There was no a/c despite it being in the low 90's degrees. The one large window in the room had a 5-6 foot picket fence hung on chains on the outside(bizarre) - despite being on the second floor - it hid the wreck of a house next door & cluttered junk piling up. The fence also banged against the outside of the building all nite long due to the wind/ breeze. The location is in the middle of nowhere w/ no restaurants, stores etc - so you are stuck w the in room coffee machine & the second day supermarket muffins were left in the room. I don't understand how these owners have the nerve to advertise w the facility in such bad shape. I left a day early & forfeited one nites stay cost.
