We got a good reduced price when booking late, same day, on booking.com. At arrival we, 1 adult 2 teenagers, were upgraded to Executive suite with bathrobes, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. Free parking and excellent breakfast. We took the car to Venice Tronchetto parking 35€ (plenty of free parking, sunday in jly) for the day and took the boat to San Marco square 9.50€ per way and person. On checkout day we used the nice poolarea all day and the changeing facilities before departure.

Restaurant was not open for lunch. We had cheese and ham toast in the bar x 4 and 3 softdrinks at the price of 68 Eur, a bit much for a light lunch

The facilities are top-notch. It feels like a resort. The staff was polite, accommodating, and ready with solutions. The restaurant staff, in particular, was outstanding. (Grazie Barbara!). The pool was gorgeous, and everything was spotless. The price was a screaming deal for the resort feel. I wish I could give it 14 stars.

I can see the complaints about the location. It's not really near anything touristy. We booked because I needed to drop off a friend at the airport very early, and I ended up canceling my first few days in Milan so I could rest and recharge here. If you've got a car, you'll be fine. I stayed by the pool for 3 days.

We stayed here the first night we landed just as a place to crash & were so pleasantly surprised at the incredible food & 5-star feel it had to offer! For the price, this is the closest thing you'll find to luxury - welcoming staff, HUGE bathtub & shower, spacious room and serene surroundings removed from the noise of the city.

The surrounding area was very quiet which meant no noise but also somewhat limits things to do so you're a bit isolated at the hotel - their pool is a perfect place to hangout though!

Nice hotel in a convenient location — close to Venice, but far enough to avoid the crowds. It has a large parking area and a beautiful outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing. If you don’t want to drive into Venice, the hotel offers a shuttle service that takes you directly into the city. From there, it’s easy to explore on foot or by boat. We also appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendation we received. A great stay overall!

I like the cleanliness; very green atmosphere, together with the beautiful ambience and the staff are exceptionally helpful/professional. The hotel upgraded me to a terraced Queen-sized apartment when they discovered it was my birthday at check in. It is the traditional hotel, with a phone in the room to communicate with the staff. The reception is manned 24/7. The bathroom is well equipped with a separate bath and shower; has everything including toothbrush/paste, shower cap, all other hygiene needs. The restaurant and bar is beautiful and served delicious meals. Although, I was not particularly a fan of their type of baked beans because I’m so used to the British version. There were lots of food options and healthy choices too. The location of the hotel is just few minutes away from Marco Polo airport and Venice city centre. I also liked the idea of the shuttle bus that took us to Venice. The driver was helpful, understanding even though he speaks very little English. He was helping with carrying the luggage and to get us on the bus. I’m already recommending the hotel to friends and family as I heard a brilliant time out there.

I would have loved the hotel had a spa facility

We liked the pieceful rural location. It wasn't a problem for us because we had a car. The area of the hotel itself is well done with attention to the details. We also appreciated a good breakfast and a piano man in the lobby.

The hotel's restaurant is highly overpriced. Dinner was good, but the tiny portions didn't correspond to their value. However we liked the restaurant personnel despite of everything. They were very helpful and kind. It was the best part about the restaurant.

Ants in the first room, swimming pool green, first day breakfast was 10/10 in the second day 3/10… lack of products! If the hotel have big groups handle them in other breakfast rooms! Also, we forgot our kid football ball in the hotel and the Service to send it Back home proposed was the double of the cost of the ball.

The apartment is bigger than I expected. Very cute setup. The wood work is nice looking. The light setting in the bedroom is great. The washer is great as well as the heating unit. The owner is really nice. She gave us dinning /travel advice and a bottle of really great wine.

there is no shampoo and soap offered as part of the rent. It was my fault, I didn’t read the notes properly. And the owner helped me out when I couldn’t find an open market nearby.

It's a big, modern, very clean hotel. Its location is great, only 20 mins to Venice, plus they offer a shuttle for direct tarnsfer to Venice. We were upgraded for free for a very big room/appartment and it was a truly great experience.

Breakfat could have been a little more diversified, but it was ok

I did suggest to reception that they could be done with a seat or bench outside while waiting for hotel shuttle as I have a back injury for 3 years and not able to stand too long. Also the kettle socket where situated is too far away for me to stretch I had to get help. Also today I came back from Venice and the kettle socket was out so I had to phone reception to get someone to come up so same guy that sorted the socket for me first time he came again it was no problem for him as he is young and tall.
