- They had a good variety of hot breakfast, every day something different. (breakfast sandwiches, scrambled egg, thin bacon, sausage patty, boiled egg, waffle, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, juice, coffee, cereals, granola, bagel, English muffin etc.) - The beach was about 5 min walk, the Clearwater beach center was about 20 min walk, but you could ask the valet parking guys for a golf cart ride. - The room was quiet, spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable. - There are several restaurants nearby. - There is a jetski rental place next to the hotel

We hated the valet parking, no one knows why it is necessary. It is very inconvenient and extremely expensive ($29/night). Would understand paying for beach parking, but for the guest who stay there they should NOT charge such a high rate. We stayed 7 nights, so it was very expensive.

The view was excellent and close to everything. The staff was very very courteous and the breakfast with the fresh eggs was great.the gentleman on Saturday, Sunday and Monday behind the front desk at night was great

Paying to park. Just charge a higher rate and stop charging for everything. Not only that but you tip to get the car and tip again when you come back. I understand this is just another way hotels make money, but it felt like you were always in my pocket.

The room was very clean and spacious, with very nice beds and a very nice view of the sea. The pool was super nice to sit in the afternoon, and the extra towels provided for the pool were a nice touch. I have seen comments on the breakfast not being good; however, we thought that it was very nice with enough options. There was an oatmeal bar to prepare your own oatmeal, coffee, juice, yoghurt, a bagel table as well as a table with some daily choices such as eggs, biscuit sandwich, etc. On the weekend, there was also an extra waffle table to make your own fresh waffles and add the toppings of your liking. The breakfast area is not that big, but we never had any problems finding a nice table. There is tea and coffee available all day, and an ice machine on every floor (this is extra info for people from Europe). The beach is just a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and it is as good as the main beach of the island. The golf carts provided as a service from the hotel to get you to the beach or the restaurants were also very convenient.

Everything was great in general. The pool was indeed not that big, as mentioned in other comments, but it was not a problem for us. We were there during May and the pool was never full, so we could actually enjoyed it whenever we wanted to.

The Hotel room price is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly, proactive and kind! Shoutout to Kaylee and the FD team for organizing a simple birthday surprise in our room. The Hotel has Free breakfast with lots of options, my personal fave is the egg and biscuit sandwich and croissant sandwich paired with yogurt or chocolate milk! Thanks to Deliris and Pedro for accommodating us during breakfast even if we were few minutes late. The Hotel has a free shuttle from 9am to 10pm that took us back and forth to nearby restaurants and bars which made our stay so much easier! Shoutout to the Valet boys Patrick, Parker, Jacob and Gabe for giving us reco’s taking us to places nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great. The staff kept the dining room clean and the food stocked. Guest laundry was reasonably priced and clean. Shuttle service was wonderful; the drivers were all personable.

I didn't realize parking wasn't included with the stay. I also thought I booked a room with a balcony. This was no fault of the facility at all. There wasn't anywhere for us to hang beach towels to dry. The bathroom has the standard 2 hooks, we used for bath towels. I ended up using the dryers in guest laundry. It was fine, but not ideal. This was the only opportunity for improvement.

I love the proximity to the beach. Every place we were interested in going was either walkable or we were offered a golf cart ride by staff. The view from the room was exceptional. Plenty of parking in the garage.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking and the pillows were almost non-existent, they were very flat. I would love for the shower to have a hand held shower head and maybe a pull out line to hang wet bathing suits. Otherwise great room and staff.

I loved how friendly the staff was. They went out of their way for us whenever we needed help with something. They put this cute little decoration in our room to surprise my son on his birthday and made him a birthday crown. He loved it!! We stayed there a week and by the time we left, everyone knew each other's name. The view was great as well! I also like how there is a little escort service downstairs that is part of the hotel. They will take any guest they want anywhere they want as long as it's a half mile from the hotel. They also pick up the guests as well. We thought that was very neat. For people who have trouble walking, just that little bit helps out a lot!

When I walked into our bathroom for the first time, there was hair in our bathroom. The only thing I could think of was it came from the maids. It was cleaned up right away but just having it there was a bit uncomfortable and shocking. Housekeeping also forgot to give us clean washcloths on the last day of our visit. I had to go downstairs and ask the front end clerk named Josh for some. It wasn't a big deal but just a bit inconvenient. Also, the desk chair feet stick out too much. We tripped over them several times in pain during our visit. Even when we pushed the desk chair in we still tripped over them. There wasn't really anywhere else to put it either.

Loved the location, breakfast included, amenities such as pool and gym (we used both), spacious rooms and even though it didn’t have room service *included* the staff would still come and ask if we needed towels or toilet paper or anything. We like that it had a mini fridge and microwave in the room so we could bring home our leftovers.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We were super pleased with our stay.

Proximity to ocean, nice rooms, great view, quiet

Breakfast mediocre quality (limited selection, powdered eggs, orange juice either too concentrated or too diluted depending on when you access the dispenser, paper plates, plastic cutlery, very slow toaster, crowded breakfast room); also, hotel takes a $50/day deposit for “incidentals” upon check-in which it only refunds five days after you leave — amounting to a free loan from you to the hotel; requested 1 hour and 45 minutes late checkout but could only get one hour. All small things, but they add up.

I love it 😀 😍 ❤️ the staff were excelent including the staff from valet parking. Very helpful and servicial. Breakfast was good along with beverages. All of our needs were satisfied. It did exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

My only regret that I only booked for one night. I would loved 😍 to have stayed for at least 2 nights. It was my fault for short planning. Hopefully next time would be different! Thanks you all the staff!
