Hotel is fantastic. The aesthetics, rooms, staff - everything is outstanding

There are no HALAL food options. And no upgrades are given even if the hotel is not fully occupied.

New place so everything still seems well maintained although certain parts of the resorts look very empty and still under construction. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with our requests since we have young baby and elderly in our group. Breakfast spread was comprehensive and tasty. Dinner options however was limited given the resort wasn't filled with guests. Lots of add-ons with free breakfast, daily afternoon tea, & free one BBQ dinner if stayed over 3 nights.

Heavy rain throughout our stay, with the resort right next to beach, most floor areas around the resorts, including the pool area were all covered with tiles. While it appears nice aesthetically it was very dangerous and slippery walking around. Seems like a disaster waiting to happen!

We had a fantastic 3 nights stay at KOI Resort & Spa with our family. The resort’s beautiful setting, with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a peaceful lagoon, made for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kids loved the pool and kayaking, while the adults enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. A perfect spot for a family vacation!

We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa at KOI Resort & Spa and were disappointed that the kitchen had no kitchenware, making it unusable. The resort also did not allow us to cook, which was very inconvenient for our family. Additionally, there was no laundry room in the villa, and the resort’s laundry service was extremely expensive. For a high-end resort, we expected better facilities and more flexibility for guests.

This is a really 5 star luxurious hotel with incredible staff. Our room was large, luxurious bedding and pillows, modern furniture, super clean, and had the coolest view of the Marble Mountains and a partial view of the beach. Food was delicious and lots of options and the amenities are outstanding. Especially, thank you to Ms. Kim who greeted us on arrival. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended. Even the partial sea view room looks beautiful.

The villa and the Hotel is truly amazing! Lots of space to share with the family and live without having problems. Breakfast is awesome with a very good variety of international treats. A special mention to Kim, hotel staff coordinator, who helped us in all our logistic issues.

The location is great to visit the Marble mountains but … that’s it. In order to simply have a dinner outside the hotel or go downtown Da Nang there is no other choice then a taxi.

The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was nice & comfortable and comes with a private pool. The environment was nice & peaceful. Walking distance to a well maintained clean white sandy beach. I love it that KOI actually put lifeguard on duty even at the beach area. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The only point which I didn't like was the ground floor master bedroom bathroom area. Water can actually flow out from the bath area into the room, there was no barricade to prevent water from flowing into the room. I would suggest adding barricade to the door area separating bathroom and the room if possible.

Exceptional welcome. Exceptional staff who went the extra mile at every step to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Joyce and crew. We will return. The room with a pool exceeded expectations. Breakfast was superb. Spa was on par with the best.

Small thing but the Aircon system is not set up for heating in winter. However, this is being addressed for guests in future. Only an issue for the few winter months. Perhaps a few more western dishes on the menu?

We love our stay here and wished we had more days. We were at koi Hoi an and though we enjoyed our stay there, the beach at Danang was the winner for us. Because it had just opened a month ago( we weren’t aware when we booked ), we practically had the whole place to ourselves, the pool and cafe. Attention by staff were commendable. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable and the breakfast spread were really good from such a small group of guests. We celebrated our mum’s 80th and they gave her a small dessert and it was thoughtful. Pool was so beautiful! There were many little areas where it was so inviting to just sit and enjoy. We also had our own little private pool to ourselves. We wish you all the success and with the massive size of the building we are hoping that they will continue to do well in the delivery of their customer service with many personal touches that we were pampered with
