The room was nice. We upgraded from a double bedroom to a King Suite (+$30) so we could have our own bedroom and our adult kids had the pull out couch and we reserved a roll away bed ($20). There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room and in the bathroom there were large bottles of body wash and shampoo & conditioner. Also, a couple little bottles of moisturizer along with a box of tissue. The room sizes were good. TV's in both rooms, along with a table, chair, coffee table and another chair and long dresser table in the bedroom. Our suite was the 1st room from the front desk which means we were very close to the free breakfast (until 10am) and the pool & fitness center (11am - 11pm as of 10/26/2024). Overall very good place to stay for the cost!

The only thing that we absolutely didn't like about the suite was the fact that there was only 1 bathroom and the only way to get to it was through the King bedroom. TERRIBLE DESIGN! When the hotel decided to design that suite, if they had to have the bathroom in that location, they should have made it accessible via the kitchen area and through the Master bedroom so that ALL tenants could access the bathroom privately!

The property is fine it is clean and the workers are nice and quick they are very helpful when I had questions

They don’t have the fitness room or game room anymore but the pool and hot tube made up for that

Staff was nice and friendly. Its about a 25 minute drive to Cedar Point (Depending on traffic). I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok.

The room wasn't spruced up on the second night. We had to ask for fresh towels.

Everything was great. Theres nothing we can say bad. I am a local who has children 2 being special needs so I never leave my kids with anyone and finallydecidedI needed a break.. My husband and I had a king room with jacuzzi first night in 10 years and our room was perfect and the girl working front desk was great. We would definitely love to do it again and at this same hotel. Highly recommended!!!

Theres NOTHING we didn't like.

The room was extremely hot and didn't cool off until the next morning. The first night was extremely uncomfortable. There is no elevator and I was not told there was no elevator. I had to carry each and every bag up stairs. If I had known in advance I would not have elected to stay there. Over all the stay was OK but could have been better. Since I booked and payed for the room in advance, I feel that the air-conditioning should have been turned on so the room would be comfortable and not a sauna. I have never had this happen in any other hotel that I have stayed in and I travel often.

The breakfast could've been better but The location worked great for us.The hot tub and pool was a great way to unwind and relax

If they had a waffle maker.

Location was great for going to Cedar Point! Staff was friendly also.

Maybe a fence around the back area would have made the outside more comfortable later at night.

Pool all to ourselves. Great staff can't express how caring staff was. All staff went out of their ways to open doors for you.

Everything was great. Staff was nice. Pool was fun. Room was comfortable for all of us.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. I would like to see more options at breakfast such as toast and yogurt.

While not the fault of the hotel, other guest were slamming doors all night. The train didn't bug us at all, the people across the hall who seemed to run the halls all night did. Maybe better enforcement of quiet times.
