Above all I liked the cleanliness of the room, the lobby area, and the surroundings, both inside and out. Bed was comfortable, heater and ac worked well, with no unpleasant smells coming from it. The breakfast had a good selection. The price was very good compared to motels in the area. The indoor pool was also unexpected for that price point. Also this might seem like a small thing, but there were 4 outlets for phone charging on the nightstand area.

The motel lacked an elevator. The bath room counter area was very small. But I did take the cheapest room available, so if I would have upgraded to a more expensive room I may have had a larger counter area

Breakfast was okay, but not great. Food selection was limited. Enjoyed the plain and flavored yogurts. Cereal selection limited. Apples were okay but not flavorful. And hotel did not have decaf tea which I preferred. However, it was all adequate. Bedding and linen very clean and comfortable. Hotel location was centrally located to other attractions and family we were visiting. View from our room was the hotel side parking lot. But we were not staying there to enjoy the view. Hotel was quiet and comfortable at night. The one negative was that the toilet seat WAS LOOSE and difficult to sit on. However, we were always in a hurry and did not take time to report it. Staff at front desk were courteous and wished us a happy/good stay. Also liked the extended breakfast hours until 10 a.m. and later checkout time.

Food selections were limited and could be better. Especially of fruit and teas. No decaf or herbal teas. At least we did not find decaf tea. Toilet seat was very loose but we did not take time to report it.

Great experience from the time we set foot in the door! Ladies at the front desk were amazing, even the lady being trained. Pool area was clean and tons of room(the sauna was quite a surprise)! Rooms were kept up nicely, up to date and CLEAN! Nice breakfast and super nice staff with every encounter we had. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Beds were very comfortable, swimming pool nice size, breakfast better than average. Room included microwave, iron and hairdryer. Was good value and staff were nice.

The showers were standard US fixed to wall at set height. I would prefer detachable shower head so you can set height on wall and it is easier to rince and clean bath, but other than that all good.

Because they were booked we ended having stay in Quality Inn in Sandusky a roach motel with literally. So I was apprehensive but walking in it was a total different experience. The staff even apologized for the hotel. The room was clean. We felt safe again we enjoyed there breakfast in was just as good.Again the staff was supper amazing

Excellent,.... eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal and coffee and juice. All was wonderful and very happy. Pool was clean and very nice.

Our room was 118, the only problem in bathroom the air fan in ceiling was pretty loud, otherwise everything else was fine . Could of used another lamp in corner of room . Far corner was little dark to use desk.

The location was good, as we only come to the area once a year for the national races in Norwalk. It's close to the track. It's also not far to restaurants. Room was clean. No real complaints! And the pool was nice!

More variety for breakfast. But I saw a LOT of people getting breakfast.

Staff was very nice. I loved that when we arrived the desk clerks granddaughter was helping her due to a recent surgery. Room was clean and ours had a larger than normal Jacuzzi tub that I was not expecting.

Swimming pool was colder than I would have liked. other than that everything was to be expected.

The price was good. Place seemed clean staff was friendly and informative. Like the had a sauna

Out dated tv and remotes beds were uncomfortable, and I felt like they were tiny for 2 people light in our room in the corner flicked on and off one light didn't even work

The staff was friendly. The variety of items in the Continental breakfast was nice.

The second bed was not comfortable. One side of the mattress had a noticeable dip in it and was not supportive. The bathroom floor had black dirt/mildew buildup in the corners by the shower. It could be partially wiped away with the damp bathmat, so it could have been cleaned and removed if staff attempted it. There was pet hair still on the floor under the dust ruffle of the bed from previous guests.
