Great location for Palazo Diamanté and centre. Breakfast was good, and we felt very welcome. The room was large and the bed very comfortable.

Good location on a quiet street near the center of Ferrara. The room we stayed in was a pleasant combination of traditional style and modern facilities. Good size, comfortable bed and chairs, enough storage space, outstanding bathroom, cooking facilities available. Very good breakfast included, with a lot of options to choose from, a mixture of Italian style and continental style. Kind and available host, with prompt answers and useful information. Correct quality / price ratio, 100% recommendable.

Nothing really important, but if I do have to mention something, we didn't found any knives in the cutlery drawers, so we just bought a set of disposable / single-use knives and then we just left half of them there for the future guests :) Having mosquito nets at the windows was a plus, but that also meant that we couldn't control / adjust the level of the sunlight inside the room; again, not very important, as the street was narrow enough, so there was not too much sunlight in the mornings :)

The accommodation is very near (practically in) the city center, it comes with a clean and private bathroom,a pleasant breakfast and a lovely, warm and caring host. Cleaning of rooms occure every morning, there is good air conditioning options and self check-in availibility makes it easier if arriving at very early / late hours.

My room had a shared locked door with another room, maybe because sometimes.they are used together as an apartment. Some noise from the other room occured from time to time, giving me the sense of privacy lack, but nothing serious.

The room I had was D, up under the rafters. It was gorgeous. A big room with a large comfy bed, and nice chairs to sit in. Beautifully furnished. A lovely dressing room and bathroom. Windows onto a quiet cobbled street. A friendly and helpful lady in charge. A good breakfast in a nice room. A good location, close to the main attractions of the city and restaurants. Not a negative for me but note the need to carry bags up stairs and to have WhatsApp available for the well communicated joining arrangements. I hope to stay again. It was a bit of a treat.

This place was wonderful! We wished we could stay longer! The room was large, the bathroom was very large and had a large two person bath plus an excellent shower. The very ornate decorations were beautiful. The host was responsive in helping us with auto-check in, and she was lovely and friendly when we met her the next morning. The European breakfast choices were good. The location was wonderful and it was easy to walk to historical sites and restaurants. Good wifi

D'Elite is very convenient for the City Centre, so excellent for tourists. It is situated on a quiet street so you can sleep well. The AC system works well, which is really necessary for Italian Summer nights. They have a variety of choices for breakfast and their coffee is lovely, so that's a good start to the day. The room has sufficient storage space to unpack properly. The hotel has an interesting collection of artwork; paintings, ceramics and sculpture, which adds to the decor. Our host was very welcoming and made us feel at home, nothing was a problem for her. Overall it was a calm and relaxed ambiance, would certainly choose again, if in Ferrara.

I can't think of any faults, which require amendment or improvement. It was entirely to our taste.

The property was conveniently located between the train station and the historic center, both within walking distance although closer to the historic center. I noticed from photos that the rooms were quite different. Ours was large, very pretty and comfortable. The owner or manager sent me a message with the code to enter and the keys were in our door when we arrived. All very smooth. The two women who ran the place were very friendly and pleasant.

Our room had a fully equipped little kitchen in it which we didn’t know about. It would have been nice to have a few tea bags and some sugar there but it wasn’t a hardship.

For the price I paid, the stay was beyond expectation. The room was comfortable, spacious and warm with a pleasant garden view. En-suite bathroom was a bonus and the shower was perfect! Breakfast, for a slight extra cost, is totally worth it - included a hot and/or cold drink, pastry, toast, yoghurt, cereal and egg(s). The host Laura was kind, attentive and spoke excellent English too. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore this beautiful city.

Great location between the station and the city centre. Laura is a very friendly host and her house is like a museum with lots of pieces of art. Big room, big bathroom, a balcony : everything alright. Breakfast is also worth it, lots of food to choose from and Laura makes some very good Italian coffee.

I like the hospitality and kindness of the host very much. Thank you, Laura! The room is spacious and nicely garnished. The location is on a quiet street with a balcony looking into a courtyard. Breakfast is fresh and tasty and the kitchen is festively decorated

Nothing significant, but having a kettle in the room would be a pleasant bonus.
