The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. There is sufficient cupboard and drawer space to suit even a lengthy stay. The bathroom was a very comfortable size and well laid out. The pool and the surrounding area are nicely maintained. Light meals are served in the "cafe" near the pool which are very tasty. Breakfasts are pretty standard for international travellers with a selection of hot and cold foods, fruits and breads.

They only have enough towels for each room. In order to replace them they take them away in the early morning and return them when they are washed in the late afternoon. This is incredibly inconvenient particularly when one returns from the beach, hot and sticky and needing a shower.

Beautiful place for one week stay, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. AC and fridge worked fine. Room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay including balcony with an amazing view, and the breakfast was delicious. There is also a nice Indian restaurant nearby, and the hotel is located about 15-20 minutes away from the nice beach and and a city centre

For this price it was more than perfect:) Just one inconvenience- the soap dispenser next to the sinks was empty during the stay; breakfast was great, but every day the assortment was the same - maybe somebody would not like it; just one socket next to each bed

Room was lovely. Clean. Lovely to have 2 rooms in one even though we only used 1 room.

Found breakfast confusing. Glasses for juice are too small. I couldn't find the bread. Ended up having small cooked breakfast and daughter just had jelly so that definitely wasn't value for money. Parking was difficult when we returned after 11pm. Receptionist this morning, 16/03, could have been friendlier when we checked out - could have asked about our stay and wished us a safe onward journey. Last impressions are just as important as first impressions. Bathroom in room was very small.

was given upgrade when booked, room was on the 6th and top floor, so had very good views. Room was very comfortable and had good features such as 2 tv's(1 facing the bed and 2nd facing seating area). Bathroom was new and modern. Staff were all friendly and polite. Breakfast was continental and was good with good selection of food and drinks on offer. Staff allowed us to leave luggage on last day, whilst were went out sightseeing.

The location is great: in a beautiful quiet residential area up the hill from the famous Casino Estoril so you can walk there and back. Also nice restaurants nearby. Lovely room with a really comfy bed. Very nice bathroom with good shower water pressure and lots of continuous hot water. We didn’t have the breakfast (only coffee) but the food looked delicious. Love Estoril and Cascais and would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

N/A - everything was great!

Modern rooms, recently renovated, very clean, comfy beds, a lot of free parking places on the street, a good location if you travel by car, acceptable wifi, a very good breakfast if you understand all the places where they "hide" the food (the bread is in a different room), close to the ocean, nice view, nice and quiet location in Estoril, nice pool, and good value for money. I'll return for sure.

The hotel entrance looks great. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was large. The parking is just at the entrance and is very practical.

Nobody says hello at all in the breakfast room. The breakfast is poor. Except for the coffee, the breakfast was not very tasty. The hall tables were not clean.

We were fortunate to get a room on a recently renovated floor, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was excellent, offering modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. The pool area appeared inviting and well-maintained. The hotel is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. Additionally, parking was convenient and hassle-free.

Breakfast could be improved to offer more choices.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. The room was big and had a nice bathroom. The beds were comfortable and plenty of channels on the tv to watch. Both rooms had a balcony eswell. The breakfast was basic but was nice.

The hotel did lack parking space, but you could also park on the street which was free and safe eswell.

Noise around the corridor, you can hear people talking inside the room when walking from corridor.and i couldn’t control my a.c temperature and there is unsafe glass on the window that was moving.whenever you get close to windows you need be very careful
