Friendly staff, reasonable price, and great bike (bicycle!) storage with a pump and some tools!

The room we were given was superb with 2 separate sitting areas. It overlooked the pool and a wooded area which was full of birds. The sitting area was full of character and very quiet.

The outdoor pool wasn't open as it was too cold but we were not reminded about the fact that the hotel had a separate indoor pool and gym which we would have used if we had remembered about it. The breakfast is very expensive and a smaller breakfast could be included for free. The dinner menu isn't good and doesn't offer vegetables as a side dish. The walk into the local town is along a main road. The whole hotel feels in need of a refurbishment, although it is very clean.

Everything went as expected, with a couple of disappointments.. A Parador has its own standards which are always good to great when it comes to the accomodation!

The location is quite a distance from the old town (>1,5 km). Walking it would be ok, but not on a hot afternoon.. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service to the town center which would be greatly appreciated by young and old! The other comment relates to the restaurant: very nice room, with garden views and possibility to enjoy the very nice terrace. However the service level is somewhat disappointing and the menu options not really up to the level you would expect. Despite having to book for in advance for a fixed time both for breakfast and dinner, the wait times were long and requests were easily forgotten (e.g. no pepper and salt on the table..). But the staff is very welcoming and friendly!

The hotel is located just off the A-62 autoestrada, close to Tordesillas it is very easy to find. It is located near to a very good restaurant. Tordesillas is about 15 minutes walk away. It has its own surface car park on site. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable with good facilities. The hotel itself is wonderful and very pleasant. It has a large bar and restaurant, a terrace and other facilities. The breakfast buffet selection is excellent and the food was great quality.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise in terms of the level of service, staff, location, interior decoration and level of comfort. Totally recommend. We stayed just for one night and didn’t have a chance to explore all the amenities. Will definitely come back to take the full advantage of it. We even saw a wild rabbit grazing in the backyard when we were having breakfast. How adorable is that!

Excellent location. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. A large selection of food was available for breakfast. Staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and professional.

Reception staff as well as bar staff, cleaners and restaurant staff were so helpful and professional in this hotel. I would return to visit this location and stay at this hotel as a direct result of the staff I met here.

Nicest Parador we have stayed in, although relatively modern in general. Dinner was absolutely exceptional, especially the suckling pig - I feel guilty! All staff were delightful except at breakfast where they were over-worked. I fear there may be staffing issues. Large, superb outside swimming pool with towels and changing facilities provided. Everything very clean.

Convenient location, great restaurant, large outdoor pool, friendly and helpful staff. This is not an ostentatious Parador but its still a great place to stay. Tordesillas is worth a visit too.

Rooms were not as large as many other Paradors. Sound insulation could be better. Car park not really big enough when the venue is full.
