Breakfast is not included but hotel has cafeteria on premises. The choices are limited to toast, croissants, muffins, magdelenas along with any type of coffee, drink you desire. The bar lady was super nice. The cafeteria was very clean. We were given a room facing the back of the building which is key to getting a quiet room. We were able to park free of charge on premises in the parking lot directly behind the building. The beds were firm and comfortable. The bathroom was in mint condition and super clean.

I wished that they had some breakfast choices that were gluten free and keto-friendly like boiled eggs and fruit. The late night desk man was not friendly.

The staff at front desk was super nice. I needed a taxi and didn't know enough Spanish to effectively make a conversation with the drivers. I asked for her help and she graciously helped me make multiple calls and made the reservation. I sort of like that you leave the key at the front desk when leaving the hotel and pick it up when you return, so that you'd never worry about losing it somewhere in the town.

Excellent location with regard to railway station and town centre. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Property was very good. More could be made of the bar dining area. I won’t be visiting Medina again. Little to recommend the town.

Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet. The room has a fridge which was great because we have to store dairy free food for our allergic kids. Easy parking. The front desk clerk lent us plates and cutlery so we could have dinner in our room.

Amazingly clean hotel. Great location within 5 minutes walk to town centre with a cafe/bar which served a reasonably priced breakfast.

Don't like handing over passports for retention, but this does sometimes happen with rustic Spanish hotels

It was a very short walk to the plaza as well as the castle. We loved being there! The accommodations were clean and just right for us. There's nothing fancy about it--it's a great value and a safe and clean place to stay.

The owner was very nice and helped us with getting around the town. It's located in the centre of town so close to all bars and restaurants. The hotel has good international secure parking that was good as we were travelling and had items in the car. All in all a no problem functional stay. Cafe below to get breakfast.

I cannot fault this exceptionally well-run hotel in the center of Medina del Campo; the family who run it made sure that the reception I received on arrival and the service I obtained during my nine nights stay was personal and always first class; the bedroom was a good size, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bar provided me each morning with an adequate light breakfast at a very modest price. I shall have no hesitation in staying again at the Hotel Reina Isabel should I return to Medina del Campo for a second visit.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Used as a stopover on drive from Granada to Santander and will certainly stay again. Town was also very interesting and would like to see again for a longer visit.
