The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, helping out with any questions we had, additional amenities we needed, and when there were any issues with the room we were staying in. The hotel itself was very clean, smelled fresh and new, and housekeeping were swift and quiet. Our room was large and comfortable, AC worked great to heat and cool, and all the bathroom facilities were great. Parking lot was large and there was always a space to park near the front doors.

The Wi-Fi was a little spotty and kept disconnecting on my phone, but it wasn't a deal-breaker and still great to have free Wi-Fi. Food options are limited nearby without use of a car.

We had to wait to swim as we got to the hotel 15 minutes before the pool closed so we went to the workout room and that was nice, but we would love for the pool to be open a little later. The gym was great and so were the beds and pillows. Room was excellent thank you.

My daughter said the husband was a little uncomfy, that was the only part we could say wasn’t great. Breakfast was great and so were the staff.

Location, value, comfortable beds and room. Desk staff were friendly and professional.

The room surfaces were not clean. I had to wipe visible stains off of the desk area with my own makeup wipes. Then the bathroom door was streaked with greasy fingerprints all around the doorknob on both sides so I wiped that down with a washcloth. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10 but when we arrived at 7, there was little food out yet, only biscuits and gravy. As we were leaving, they put out some eggs.

Penny was awesome, our room was clean and spacious and the parking lot was well lit.

The GFCI in our room kick off about 5 times in the first 30 minutes after we got there and we were just about to change rooms, but for whatever reason, it stopped and never did it again. The bed was not as comfortable as I typically expect at a nice hotel, the hall way was way too warm and the breakfast was just okay. Specifically, the sausage patties were over cooked the one time I tried them.

There were two ladies working during the breakfast hours (one of which was there the last time I was there too) and I feel awful I can’t remember their names but they were so sweet and friendly and really brought a smile to all of us! Also. Most comfortable beds/pillows ever.

Cookies were delicious. The ONLY downside I can come up with for my stay is that the cookies were out Friday night and we didn’t see them again!

Good to be St. Charles, MO. Lots of very good restaurants in the area. Room was very clean!

The heater / ac unit was so loud we could not sleep with it on. I turned it on low heat to warm the room before my wife woke up. The noise as the unit turned on it woke up my wife startling her so bad that it scared her. This issue is the primary reason our rating of the hotel wasn’t higher.

Located close to the interstate. Staff was very informative and friendly. Clean rooms with updated furniture and fixtures. Breakfast included with no additional cost and the variety provided.

Room had a slight odor but it was more air not circulating scent.

Breakfast was great, there were multiple options and something for everyone. The pool was nice for the kids, and we also enjoyed the gym. Location was easy to find and central to where we wanted to be.

No complaints.

Penny at the front desk was amazing and such a sweetheart during check in. She gave such a warm welcome. The bed was so comfortable and we could not get over how soft the sheets were. The real highlight was the blackout curtains in our room which was especially appreciated as it was snowy and bright during our stay.

The only thing I can complain about it we had a couple issues with the toilet that we had to fix each time we used it, but that was so minor in comparison to how great everything else was.

Spotless, great selection for breakfast. Great location near the interstate but without the noise!
