Great location, superb view of the city The rooms are large family friendly, staff kind and helpful

The hotel used to be the top star hotel in the city, but over the years it has not received the maintenance it deserves. There are tiles missing, things that look to have been broken for a long time, elevators not working, building style outdated and so on. The breakfast used to be a great mixture of international (10 years ago) and superb variety of Pinoy breakfast food. No it is just simple Pinoy breakfast, and often there was few to no fruits at all. There are other hotels that are more modern - despite all that we still keep booking this place year in and year out, because for it, it still offers the great family friendly rooms we need, and the location is perfect for our needs and the breakfast is still ok for the Pinoy side of my mixed family

I like the location, easy access and convenient to public transport... the room size indeed plays a role in satisfaction of stay especially i was exhausted from my trips.. it helped me have a better relaxation. the view towards the sea is exhilarating .. and also the view towards the mountain and the city. The breakfast could have been better, displaying some native leaves for salad which is cheaper in the market yet full of nutrients... such as leaves of camote, etc. Foreigners will be entice to try new leaf representing Philippines.

What I didn't like was, on our first checked in , i saw the toilet seat rim disgusting full of urine splashes. i have to call many times for it to be cleaned properly and finally instruct the housekeeping to deep clean the seat and disinfect accordingly... perhaps the previous cleaner missed the point that toilet seat cleanliness must be observed and this to control the spread of infectious diseases. otherwise, all else were acceptable. I understand that the amenities were under renovation. so it's ok.

I came 07 years ago to this hotel I was very impressed by the hotel infrastructure location etc I have to say that all the employees are super nice 😊 accommodating and go beyond

The Breakfast was horrible very poor and not comparable with my previous experience 07 years ago when it was bountiful:what a down fall even the swimming pool needs a serious refresh

I like the room size, very spacious. Location is good as it is at the center of the city where basic establishments were walking distance even the top hospitals (Vicente Sotto, Chung Hua & Cebu Doctors) in Cebu. It is also accessible to public transportations around the city.

I was expecting for a good variety of food choices at breakfast.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Love how they cook the omelette during the breakfast buffet. The veggie clear soup as well. Shoutout to the frontdesk officer Kris. Staff are helpful in many way even in suggesting what to do and where to go when in Cebu. The hotel has a nearby 24 hrs convenient store with branded overrun items that you can buy. The location is at the heart of the City. The 2 rooms booked for my family is overlooking the Cebu-Cordova link bridge. Will sure to come back.

Great place with friendly staff and great location. We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, the room was large, the aircon cooled down the room super fast. s.

The only small fault was the outside noise (although we were on the 24th floor) woke us up a couple of time

Location is really good, convenient, safe and accessible. Rooms are clean, comfy pillows, no smell and neat. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Outside facade looks like a rundown hotel, almost didn't recognized the hotel until I saw the sign. Front lobby needs a little more upgrade and more lighting.

I dont like there breaky not balance of food always pork no vegetables or seafoods

Im in 22 flr then after i reach flr 20 transfer to another elevator

Its location is at the center of the city and many shops nearby.

The parking area is poorly situated and the airconditioning is weak and almost couldn’t keep the room cool.

The rooms staff was very accommodating & helpful .

When you get the transport at the front side I feel unhelpful you need to tell them to get me a taxi. And also luck of rubbish bin.
