The hotel is located just off the A2 and well located for Gravesend, Northfleet and surrounding areas. There free on site external parking, accessed through barriers. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful and are to be commended. The room was comfortable, and had free wi-fi. The food was good, both in the evening and morning. Buffet style breakfast from 05.30am. Cooked breakfast from 07.30am, although from the information in e-mails, 07.00am was expected by myself. The lady on reception sorted me out with a bacon, egg and sausage bap so I could get to my appointment by 08.00am.

The hotel confirmation e-mails stated breakfast from 07.00am, however, it starts at 05.30am with cooked breakfast not available until 07.30, when I was expecting 07.00am. Menu in the evening slightly restrictive for my low sugar requirements. Even though negative, I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if/when in the area.

The Best Western Manor Hotel is comfortable and well-appointed. There is ample parking and the staff were courteous and attentive.

The continental breakfast option simply isn't worth £14. The croissants are pre-packaged rubbish, and there is little else to whet the appetite. Cooked breakfasts were being made to order, but we can't comment on them as we didn't partake. There should be a lower price point - say £8 - for those that want only continental without a cooked option.

The warm welcome from the receptionist who kindly changed my room to a ground floor one when I told her I had a knee injury that made stairs a challenge for me. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Breakfast was excellent and I was impressed to have poached eggs made fresh, to order - so many hotels clearly make poached eggs in advance and warm them up so they're never hot - that was not the case at Best Western and I complimented the lovely lady who made my breakfast.

The rating I gave the room is because of the bed - the mattresses were uneven and I think perhaps might have seen their day and need replacing.

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

A handy place to stay when visiting friends in Gravesend. Staff are friendly and hardworking. The hotel rooms are decent size and it seems like at one point it would have been a really great hotel.

I felt like the hotel was being run by a very small team who had to work very hard. Perhaps the hotel is only busy at particular times, but it didn't seem much love had gone into improving or modernising it in any way.

the location was ideal for our purpose, the path behind the hotel takes you out walking to the cyclopark or over the rabbit bridge to the countryside of Kent. The bed is a proper king sided bed

was overcharged for breakfast but it was rectified straight away and a refund given. the gentleman and lady on reception were lovely and friendly. Nothing was any trouble for them. (Not related to the hotel but I wouldn't recommend the George next door, staff are not friendly and serve regulars first, plus overall service is poor)

Location was good or what I needed and right next to motorway. Staff were very polite and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drinks. Checkout was very quick and straight forward. Free parking on site.

Short stay for nearby wedding with family... Shell and her amazing staff were so so friendly, couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing.. Hotel has had recent beautuful refub.. Everything exceeded our expectations.. Best ever Best Western.. Room 1 was an apartment and absolutely fabulous.. Thank you so much Team Manor xxx

The room was nice, a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Car park and hotel secure. Bar was available.

The room has no air con which I knew when booking. But when we stayed it was a hot day so I really missed it.

Loved the staff they made both me and my wife feel welcomed and answered all question we had, the room was clean and tidy and well made up, the size of the room was just right for the 2 of us and it had everything that you may of left at home like iron for example thumbs up here

The Wi-Fi was very hit or miss, if I was there for business trip I won’t of been able to get any work done on my laptop, the price of the breakfast was alittle steep as we only wanted a cooked breakfast, maybe give different prices like a full continental breakfast 1 price and just a cooked breakfast another price
