Breakfast was pretty decent i liked the spicy sausages, scrambled eggs the coffee is nice the staff at breakfast are good at their job at replacing or topping up food and taking used plates and cups away the cleaners and reception are pleasant i have stayed in this hotel around 6/7 times now the hotel is in a great position in the city especially stare miastro (old town) it is good value for money

No bacon, beans or cooked tomatoe's at breakfast meaning (english breakfast) quite a few english people stay in the hotel some for leisure others working

Great central location ,Good Breakfast and spacious room with fridge and Kettle. Good price of taxi arranged by Reception to get back to the airport. 47 PLN. This was more than half the cost of pre arranged transfer to hotel with Booking.com.

Shower taps were not easy to regulate temperature and flow

Large room (upgraded) on the 5th floor with a big bed and a narrow balcony. There was also a safe, kettle, bottled water and toiletry miniatures. The air con was great and the room was very quiet. The bathroom contained a bath with a shower overhead. There were sweets at reception! Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold dishes, including scrambled egg, sausages (frankfurter-style), cooked vegetables, pancakes, yoghurt pots, small smoothie pots, a little bit of fruit (whole), tomato/cucumber, a couple of types of bread/rolls plus a wide selection of local dishes (cheese/meat on the whole). As well as the standard hot drinks, there was also apple/orange juice and water available.

The breakfast staff were not very engaging but perhaps that was not necessary. The room came with just two pillows in total and there was a small leak from the side of the bath which led to the floor staying wet. Neither of these issues were flagged to the hotel during the stay as they weren't a major problem.

Location was perfect, right next to the old town. The rooms were very clean, really comfy, and had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices for every taste. The staff were absolutely fantastic. I honestly can't say enough about how helpful and friendly everyone was. Huge thanks to the girls at reception who answered all our questions and helped us with anything we needed. Τhank you so much and we really hope to get back sometime !!!

Private parking not included in the price. It's a bit small and it also has an elevator for the car to go in and out. That means, only 1 vehicle can enter/leave the building and it takes ~5 minutes to get it through, so, during check-out time you can expect a queue of 3-4 cars to leave the building. To enter the building you also need to call the reception so they can open the gate.

Everything was great. There is a gym (top floor) which is cool, bar, and the interiors which really please the eye and very comfy beds. Breakfast was soo delicious. The location is perfect, with the Old City round the corner, the top floor view from the wide roof terrace fixed windows is my fav.

It was pretty chilly that weekend, only approx. 4C outside, so with all these windows in the room, it was pretty cold inside and without the card, which you have to take with you, you can't pre-heat or keep the room warm while you are away, as apart from AC there are there is no other heating than electric heaters. So, after you come back (from the walk in the city or whatever) it takes a while before the whole room gets warm from these heaters, and I needed them on during the night too. Staff was very kind and they gave me a blanket ;) Also pretty difficult to find a parking during the weekend, but this is normal.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Poznan. Would happily return.

We fancied a drink before going to bed and on consecutive nights the bar was closed.

I arrived one hour before official check in time, but could check in my room sooner. The hotel is very central, short ways to the old market and other sights.

The street outside is not even quite. Tramway, police cars and obviously some owners of tuned cars seem to prefer this road. On 2 of 4 mornings I had to wait some minutes for getting a free table in the breakfast room.

The breakfast was just wonderful!!! Very good location close to old town. Very friendly and helpful staff! They told us how to get to the Opera, which tram to take, where the tram stop is and even where to eat to be satisfied. The room was very clean, and the bed made me sleep in just a moment - I woke up in the morning in very good mood . Thanks a lot!! If I go to Poznań once again I would choose the same hotel.

Loccation is perfect. Bath , Bathrobes and slippers -nice high standard touches. Room very very spacious, with high ceilings. Breakfast ( Wow) was the best quality I ever experience ( not the biggest choice). All fresh, top local produce - not seen in bigger chain hotels .Marriott & Hilton - shame on you!!! Please keep this standard - I will be back again and again.

Lack of bright, small light by the desk for business travelers, but I am sure could be provided.
