Having a suite enabled me to cook more of my own food, which helped me have a better long-term stay (17 days). The Wi-Fi was stable, so I was able to work without interruption. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and almost immediate heat every time, even though I was at the far end of the hallway. This hotel is at the south (? I think) end of the city, and right across the street from the U of A baseball stadium, so be sure you know the games schedule before booking here. there was some lack of communication re: housekeeping frequency, and I was pleasantly surprised that the top hotel manager reached out to clarify to ensure we received good service and not the head of housekeeping - she knows the details matter!

The bed was just a little too high off the floor, so it was challenging to get on/off the bed safely at night. The room itself was positioned over the hotel's exhaust system, and for about half the stay, I thought there was constant construction going on around the hotel. Then when I walked around the hotel one morning, I was able to connect my room location with the main exhaust location. It didn't keep me from sleeping or interrupt my meetings but was disconcerting until I could identify the source. Morning buffet was robust in offerings, but they let the mandarin oranges go bad before replacing them properly - an unpleasant surprise!

Great breakfast options and clean facilities and our room was like an apartment so we had so much space! Great staff and has a gym, laundry room and pool. It’s very close to gas stations and many food locations close by!

Only complaint I have is the coffee pot in the coffee machine had dried up coffee stuck to it. I didn’t use it but I did alert the front desk.

The most difficult thing was checking in. Booking .com created a problem , by not releasing the rooms. I had booked 2. They had only released one. So we had to wait for them to call back to release. Waited about an hour. Desk staff was very nice and was working very hard to get them to cooperate

The cleanliness, courtyard and breakfast were my favorite "likes". I love how you have your tips set up to be done electronically throughout the stay. Perfect touch to make sure everybody is appreciated for their excellent above and beyond work.

First trip in many years. So very nice. Wonderful people work there, and the city is beautiful.

I really cannot think of anything to suggest as an improvement. I was particularly impressed with the buffets. The building and grounds are exceptional. The staff are amazing.

The staff were all friendly and the room was very clean. We booked the 2Bed 2Bath suite for less than we could have gotten a cramped double room at other hotels. As it looks like our son will be going to school at UArk, we'll definitely be booking here again.

This is a great hotel for a family of 5 that want a little extra space and extra bathroom without having to book 2 rooms. My kids love the breakfast and request this hotel whenever we visit Fayetteville, AR

Tasty hot items for breakfast. Josh at front desk was great very helpful. Spacious rooms quiet to the outside noise. Great location across street from Baum Park and university. Will definitely stay again

Breakfast very good size of room and in room facilities were good parking was good and where the hotel was was ideal. It was quiet.

The pool was tiny There is no bar in the hotel which means you are just stuck in your room in the evenings It was a bit expensive.

We’re in town for the football game and the location was amazing. Right down the street from the stadium and restaurant in front of hotel. Rooms were amazing and the staff was amazing!
