The room size is spacious. Also, having a working desk and all the other provided facilities is good. The overall experience is easy and smooth.

Despite the existence of a coffee machine, no capsules were provided. And it had a mysterious leaking problem with that machine, I figured out later that it would slowly leak when it was left with the water tank filled up, which is not supposed to happen normally. The ventilation in the bathroom could be better. Lastly, I was a little surprised that some essential toiletries, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, panty liners, and facial tissue were not provided.

Booking offered a very good deal for a 4-night stay, so that softened some of the issues we encountered. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located in front of the train station, so if you have a lot of luggage, you just cross the street. There were three of us, so it was nice that the apartment actually had a loft housing one of the beds which let us all have more space and the place didn't feel crammed. There's a big supermarket one (long) building away from the hotel and on the other side of the train station, there's a huge shopping mall with restaurants, so it was easy to buy all we needed. The historic center is a 15-minute walk away. The room and the entire hotel were rather quiet which was nice. Both beds were rather comfortable. The whole experience of staying there is rather inanimate--although it's a hotel with a lobby and a front desk, there's no one there. You receive all the check-in instructions online and all the doors are opened with a code. The staff responded to requests in the Booking chat.

Because the accommodation is positioned as an apartment, it's a pity there's no microwave there, which would've allowed to make some basic meals (it could easily fit there). There's only a kettle, a capsule coffee maker (but no capsules) and a tiny fridge. Also, for three people there was just one (arm)chair in the main room but in the loft, there was no chair by the desk. But those drawbacks only matter if you are staying more than a couple of days. On a short stay, it'd probably be just fine.

All was great, the check-in is fully automated. We arrived earlier, which was unannounced and one of the staff opened the door for us to stay in the lobby, for the time being, as instructions are only received at the official start of check-in time. You get what you are paying for, perhaps a bit extra!

Would have loved to get (disposable) slippers, as the room was quite comfortable, but it isn't perfectly nice to come out the bathroom and onto the carpet bare-feet. The coffee machine had a small leak, which didn't bother us much, but made us worry about spoiling the furniture as we were away while it happened; information about that or a small mat under it would negate the issue easily.

This hotel, pretty perfect place in a far from perfect surrounding. However, taking into account not easy history of Romania, some of us know first of all thanks to Bram Stoker's novel, and also the bitter end of another Carpathian genius executed with the fall of East Soviet block, you can't feel disappointed. This is it, I mean don't expect Bucharest to be Rome or Paris, perhaps their no-go zones. But people you meet are absolutely friendly and helpful when you ask and this hotel is an oasis of luxury in the middle of maybe not nowhere but surroundings making you feel a bit uncomfortable. Five minutes from there is where a great Indiana Jones like professor Mircea Eliade lived. Thanks to the friendly, experienced and knowledgeable receptionist of the hotel, Alex who read for me one web page biography in Romanian, I finally identified the former Eliade's Strada Melodiei as the present Radu Cristiani, which made my pilgrimage finally, just before New 2025 Year, even more adventurous and successful.

1. they sent 2 passwords one for central entrance one for room. Confusing because 1st password does not work and central entrance opened with code for room door 2. I took the mezonette option which is supposed to be the best room in the hotel. To my amazement no sleepers no bathrobes, glad I brought mine along. 3. there was no cleaning service. Ok I stayed 3 nights , what if I stayed 6 nights , nobody would clean the room ? 4. Unfortunatelly the furniture in the sitting room is not designed for the peculiarities of that room and there is a staircase that takes much of the space. So you have only a small couch , a chair a small table and a coffee table.

Property was clean, size of room absolutely normally, quiet street, close of central bus station and old town of Wroclaw, approximately 10-12 minutes walk. Good location, Shops were close to the hotel. I have never had the experience of staying in such a hotel before, where there was no one at the reception and you check in online, you get a code and you open the hotel door and the room door yourself. At first it was a little uncomfortable, I thought I was in a horror movie, but we got used to it.

There were no disposable slippers or toothpaste in the room. There is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules in the room.

It is rather small if you stay with a kid, but second level is overwriting all of that! There is plenty room + huge bed + work desk on second floor. Lights are smartly placed. Windows are big to let the light in, but curtains (remote) easily closing when needed. Shower space is bigger than we expected. Toilet is no blame. Fridge is compact and fine. Good couch - our kid (6yo) slept there comfortably. Solid and secure steps on second floor.

The location was good and the double bed was nice. The bathroom was decent and the ac/heating was nice. The price is good considering the room and location.

The bed sheet we got didn't stretch over the whole sofa meaning the friend sleeping on it had to have his feet on the mattress with nothing over it. We called the telephone number provided to call in case of needing anything but nobody picked up and the reception was supposed to be until 20.00 but at 17.00 there was no one there.

The room was nice and spacious! It was very tidy and had everything you need for a weekend stay. Good location too as was only a 20min walk to the square!

The day we arrived the air conditioning had stopped working on 2 floors one being ours. Unfortunately no one had informed us of this. We tried to set the aircon for ages thinking we were doing it wrong until we went down to reception and security explained. The rooms were so hot it was impossible to sleep. Thankfully it was fixed next day.
