They offered coupons and amenities as compensations due to problems with the original booking. Awesome service from Miguel from the restaurant at breakfast.

They gave us a room that was not ready yet, so when we got in it was quite a disgusting experience. Later, when trying to order room service, no menu or anywhere to check it was available. When they finally got a QR for us, the prices didn’t match, their argument was that the restaurant prices are different from the room service ones (which makes sense). But first, if that’s the case, price difference increased over 50%, which is crazy, and secondly, why didn’t they have a menu showing the correct prices? If they show something they should respect those prices.

Good price for location and comfy beds. The breakfast offered was delicious. Very nice pool and garden.

The pool was closed almost all the time we were in the hotel for several reasons. We didn't got the bedroom we booked at first, we had to change our room in the second (and last) day. There were several missing items that are usually in the rooms when we arrived, for ex: no soap, coffee, hand towels, etc. There was a weird smell of humidity in the rooms.

I was confronted by two hotel security men while relaxing in pool area. They spoke rapidly in Spanish. I informed them I don't speak Spanish. But my best guess is they were saying I was not allowed to drink alcohol. Even though another guest was enjoying a beer who was in close proximity. Later I asked hotel receptionist if there was no drinking allowed? She replied there was no such rule

Very family friendly. Probably my favorite hotel in Monterrey. With 5 children it’s almost impossible to find a hotel that will be kind with kids. This is the exception. Pool stays open late, plenty of lights, a bar next to the pool area, clean towels, spacious rooms.

Food/buffet is expensive and the quality is not up to par with the price.

All the hotel facilities are genuinely nice and ellegant.

Wi-Fi service is very disappointing. When I asked why I had such a bad signal the hotel receptionist said, "It is because the hotel is full, and the network is saturated". I had to use my phone data because I could not hold video calls from work.

The hotel is elegant with good sized rooms and good Internet Connection. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were better than we expected and the whole interior is peaceful and quiet.

The outside área of the hotel is very unpleasant and unsafe. When we arrived for our first breakfast, we were told that only the continental breakfast (fruit and yogurt) was included, and that we had pay more for the other option... i was not impressed. Also, i arrived wearing long trousers and a sleeveless t-shirt, and was told that i couldn't enter because of my attire, even though there were woman wearing their gym clothes and eating in the restaurant.... again, i was not impressed.

Pretty much everything, the location was good the amenities were good they even upgraded my buffet breakfast due to an inconvenience with the shower

The toilet had a problem with the flushing other than that everything was good

Location is perfect for my needs. It has a very polite, trained and responsible staff in all areas, such as front desk, maintenance restaurant and so on The food is great..!! The parking either outside and inside are great.

Maybe only the TV choices, or maybe I need more orientation with the remote...je je Nothing else...

Had an awesome weekend. Gym is great. All the basic necessities to have a good workout. The pool is great . And the staff member named Martha at the reception desk. She was great. She should be manager of the hotel soon.

Only that the jacuzzi wasn't functioning..

In general is a great hotel to stay, room was great as well

Swimming pool water was cold and is closed by 8 pm which is too early, public jacuzzi had too much chlorine, the way the cleaning lady knocks in the morning is annoying, is too loud, another thing I didn't like is you can't turn off lights while resting in bed, you have to stand up and go to the entrance to turn them off then go back to the bed stumbling in the dark
